Unfriendly and poor customer service. Would not recommend. Not a patch on The Shoe Healer.

I can genuinely say that I’ve not been to a better shoe shop. Richard and Michelle are very welcoming, and most importantly offer sound advice (and even to the degree in considering cheaper options!)

Service is clearly something that both pride themselves on and the service you receive is second to none. I’ll certainly be back!

Very quick in responding to emails, great friendly service in store as well. When I emailed a couple of months after my purchase to report an issue with the innersoles, I got a response the next morning even though they were on holiday, and although I didn't still have my receipt they didn't hesitate to resolve the issue for me. It was worth the trip from Halifax to acquire a new pair of Redback boots, and support a business like this.

Great customer service! I ordered an item online which was dispatched promptly for next day delivery via Royal Mail.
Because I'm an idiot, I had put an incorrect address on the package so it was 'returned to sender'.
Called the store and explained the situation, leaving my details; to my delight I have just received the item just a day later via DHL.
No fuss, no questions, no waiting and no charge!
Great service, quality product.

Wow!What an outstanding little find!

Recently purchased a pair of RM Williams from The Show Room in Doncaster, unfortunately it wasn’t an in shop purchase but over the phone. We would have loved to go in and have a look around but simply didn’t have the time. Richard couldn’t done any more for us, probably the best customer service I have ever experienced, more than happy with our purchase and will definitely be back! Couldn’t recommend this little business enough!! I have definitely been having a snoop at some of the Fairfax products….next purchase pending.

Online ordered and cannot fault the customer service. I stupidly made an error on my order and messaged to sort, within an hour the problem was fixed and order sent out next day. Highly recommend this company and the customer service is second to none.

Wow what can I say about this little gem of a shop,
Sorry it’s not a shop it’s an experience.
I’ve been to some really great shops in my lifetime, but the Shoe Room in Doncaster is beyond the stratosphere.
Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble .
Shoes, boots and a massive selection of accessories for both men and women.
Believe me this is the best shoe shop in the uk.
We will be back.
