Excellent service
I'm an adult but wear size 2 shoes.
I initially tried some boots on in the store-the staff were so helpful.
I then had 2 pairs of the same style posted as I don't live in London. They arrive quickly, the return of 1was easy( too small) and I was refunded quickly.
Great service start to finish- will use again

Very efficient and reliable business
I ordered a jellycats doft toy which I was having trouble locating. The next day shoestation phoned me and explained that this was no longer in stock and offered alternatives or a refund. The refunsmd was fine immediately when requested

Faulty product but excellent service
The product that arrived wasn’t in the best condition as it appeared one of the boots was ex display and was a lighter shade than the other, it was also missing a seal around the top of the boot. I reached out to the shop and it did take a while to get a response from them, however when I did eventually get hold of them they were excellent at resolving the issue and the customer service from Fiona couldn’t be faulted. It sounds like it was an unfortunate isolated problem, and from speaking to Fiona I don’t have any doubt that the staff all take great pride in the shop, products and orders and I have no doubt they will always go out of their way to provide excellent service to all customers. It’s a shame I don’t live locally as would love to be able to pop in to the shop for a browse.
