Great Quality and Experience
Great quality shrimp, and excellent customer service. I contacted James as a long time fish keeper, with an aspiration to start a caridina tank. James's helpful advice helped me choose a preferred starter shrimp, with James preparing a package of quality shrimp, food and delivery within the budget I set. An all round excellent experience! With the offer of ongoing advice if needed, I'm sure I'll order again in the future.

I initially got sent the wrong shrimp
I initially got sent the wrong shrimp. I was emailed by The Shrimp Factory UK telling me about the mix up and they quickily sent me the right ones and let me keep the additional shrimp. Very happy with the delivery,service and how they fixed the issue.

Throughout the process The Shrimp Factory UK stayed in touch and answered any questions I had regarding the shrimp, genetic lineage etc.
