Great company, excellent customer care.
I've been taking the whole-shebang-5-a-day mushroom caps for just under a week, so can't speak to their effectiveness just yet, although I seem less hungry than usual - but that might just be in my head. What I can report is the startlingly speedy and effective service. My package came quite quickly - and when I asked a question, the response was almost instant. I'm very impressed so far. Great company, excellent customer care.

Sorry delivery was slower than you expected. Our order dispatch days are Monday to Friday and the cut off time for same day dispatch is 3pm. Because your order was placed after 3pm on Friday it was dispatched by us on Monday, then delivered to you by Royal Mail two days later.

I would give zero reviews if I could, I returned my unopened sealed product as I tried one of me shroom coffees which just gave me terrible headaches that hadn’t been opened and they declined refund, which they originally stated they would fully refund if not happy

I found the emails between yourself and my colleague, who had told you to return your product for a refund, but by error had not completed the refund process. At no point was you told you could not have a refund.
Rather then leave a poor review, you could have simply emailed or called us to chase this up, but I can confirm you have now been refunded in full.

You first emailed us at 6:10pm on Friday 23rd August, you then left this review for us the next day. Our website is quite clear in our opening times that we don't open on a Saturday. We replied to you within an hour of opening again on Tuesday morning after the Bank Holiday weekend which was also the day your order was also delivered.
We have since sent clarification to you explaining how you signed up for a repeat purchase and that we have also cancelled your subscription so you won't have any further charges.
There are two options on our website when you add a product to your cart, One-Time Purchase and Subscribe & Save. The One-Time Purchase option is always pre-selected so a customer has to manually select the Subscribe and Save option if they want to get it at the discounted price for subscribing to repeat purchases. I presume you did this accidentally but you have no need to worry, as I said above we have cancelled it for you so you won't be charged again.
