The guarantee required 60 days of compliance with the protocol, daily tracking, and consultations so results could be properly evaluated. Unfortunately, those requirements were not completed, and multiple requests were made to exit the program early before the guarantee conditions were met.

Throughout the program there was ongoing communication through WhatsApp and coaching calls, and the process included structured guidance, tracking, and support as outlined in the program. In addition, the program was extended by an additional 60 days at no cost in order to provide more time and support.

The guarantee is designed to ensure fairness for both parties by requiring participation in the process. Without completing the agreed steps, it isn’t possible to properly assess outcomes. The matter was also reviewed through formal dispute channels where the full contract and communication history were provided.

Our company is founded on principles of transparency, honesty, and exceptional customer care. During an assessment with our associate Daniel, Mr. Annunziata expressed interest in proceeding with our program. After sending the payment link, Mr. Annunziata claimed to have completed the payment and provided screenshots of payment confirmation. However, no actual payment was received in our system.

Upon thorough investigation, we discovered that the payment receipts and confirmations appeared to be fabricated. The evidence suggests this may have been an attempt to claim payment was made, then accuse our company of both failing to deliver services and misappropriating funds.

Following the interaction with Daniel, Mr. Annunziata proceeded to spam our social media channels with "SPAM ALERT" over 100 times, alongside other concerning behaviors. When we reached out multiple times to schedule a call to address the payment discrepancy, Mr. Annunziata declined all attempts at resolution.

While we cannot determine whether this was premeditated, this is unprecedented in our company's history. We take every client interaction as an opportunity to learn and improve our systems. This situation has prompted us to enhance our processes to ensure even better service for our valued clients.
