Terrible sleep study company
They apparently have offices across the nation, but the one here in El Paso is terrible. I don't think they know what they are doing. Big mistake going here
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Scam, scam, scam. The website has disappeared and I cannot return the item. It was a Christmas gift. Waste of money. I guess the thieves had a good Christmas though.
This is a scam!!! Their 90 day trial as advertised on their web site is downright criminal. The return policy applies if you do not open their original packaging. Once you open it, you cannot return it. I do not understand how one can try their product without opening it from original packaging. Crooked store.
The guard is way too small, so I asked to return it. However, the return policy on the website states that if you open it, it can't be returned! Huge scam! Avoid!
As others have mentioned, this is unfortunately a scam company.
They sell just two products: a mouthguard supposedly designed to prevent snoring and an “ergonomic pillow.” Their website heavily promotes a “90-day free trial” and “30-night risk-free trial” along with a fabricated image boasting 9,256 five-star reviews. None of this appears to be true.
I ordered two pillows from them, which were supposed to include two free pillowcases. Upon receiving my package, I found that the pillowcases were missing. After discovering their Trustpilot page, I read through the experiences of other customers who had similar issues. Given the low quality of the pillow and the missing pillowcases, I decided to request a refund. I followed their policy precisely, sending photos to confirm the items hadn’t been used and were placed back in their original packaging. Despite this, they refused my return, citing “hygiene reasons”—even though the pillows were unused.
They sell products you can’t try without forfeiting the possibility of a return, making their risk-free trial claim blatantly false and misleading.
Avoid this company at all costs—the items were also shipped from China.
Terrible company. They advertise a 31 night ‘risk free trial’ - but when you try to make a return they say their T&Cs state the mouth guard cannot be returned if used.
So not exactly risk free!
The mouth guard didn’t fit, wouldn’t mould very well, and customer support is non existent.
Scamming company, offers a 31 night risk free trial, but won't refund a used product or a sale product. Their product is always on sale, and it is impossible to trial the product without using it. Ships from China, scam version of SnoreRX which shut down a year ago
