I ordered the Everyday Legging and the Boat Neck Tops in 3 colors, they are so GORGEOOOUUSS and quality is WAW WAW WAW !
The softness, the cut, the colors, everything is SO perfect !!!! It honestly feels like butter on my skin.
The items are beyond my expectations while I knew I was ordering gorgeous top notch quality items but the touch of them is *such an experience of wellness* !
My nervous system is grateful to be envelopped in buttery breathable not compressing clothes !
The planet will be grateful too when the compost time of the clothes will come 🍂🌾🪹🌎

And I’m immensely grateful to Antonia, from the customer support, who greatly helped me navigate the worry of finding my parcel in Portugal post-offices, she moved heaven and earth to get information; she was supporting and updating me everyday all the time during this long investigation week.
I didn’t freak out because she had my back !

I bought a wool sweater; it looked nice, but after the first wash (by hand, with specific products) it stretched out. I own many wool sweaters and I know exactly how to take care of them — something like this has never happened to me. I spoke with customer service and their solution was to give me a €15 discount code to buy from them again… but how is that possible?
If the quality of your product is not what you advertise, I certainly don’t want to buy from you again — I want a refund!
And what’s even more absurd? After the second wash it shrank, and now it’s obviously unwearable. This sweater cost me quite a bit, I threw my money away and now I’m left with something I can’t even wear — what a waste!
I find this unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to be sustainable. I only buy from sustainable brands because making conscious purchases is very important to me, but what a waste to end up with something I can’t even use.

The quality of the products is beyond good. Thick, soft materials, every detail is perfect. Good customer service, sustainable mindset. I am very content!

I am very happy with the communication. The team is always helpful, e.g. when it comes to questions about sizing. I felt really appreciated as a customer.
