The Smooth Shop scammed me. I purchased a swimsuit bottom in May 2023 on their online store. I never received it. I have sent two email requests. I attempted to call but they do not answer their listed phone number. I disputed the charge on my credit card and The Smooth Shop denied the request. SCAM! Beware purchasing through their online store.

I was sent a long sleeve shirt when I ordered a short sleeve. I got no response when I contacted the seller.

Love the sweatshirt, however, I received it about a month after I ordered it. I emailed twice until they replied back saying it got missed and they’d ship it out right away. I understand missing a shipment, it’s happened in my place of business, but when it’s a month late, you overnight it. It’s how you show your customers you appreciate their business and will do anything to get it back.

Was so excited to find "The Smooth Shop" website. I was looking for a specific jacket that was available on other websites, but not in the size I needed. Appreciate that the inventory was available especially during late Christmas shopping on my part. An added and appreciated surprise was a discount for my 1st purchase. Will definitely be using your website moving forward. Shipping estimate was also right on. Thank you so much!

I placed an order October 11th, emailed for an update on November 14th (no response), and again on November 20th (they said it would be mailed that day). It’s now November 30th and the item still hasn’t been shipped. I understand that delays happen but the lack of communication is stressful. I was worried I got scammed but hopefully an illegitimate site wouldn’t send customer review surveys every week?

They have new old stock products for cheap. I wish I would have found them sooner. Quick shipping too.

I ordered some vans and the post office lost them so Kyle the manager sent me another pair.. Kyle went out of his way to text me and make sure he was sending me the right pair and size.. I called the shop and everyone was so helpful.

I would definitely order from them again. Before my shoes were sent, Kyle from Smooth Shop reached out to confirm my size selection, since the shoes are unisex. I appreciated this, because it saved me having to return the wrong size. I really appreciate that extra mile. :) And I love my new shoes!

The material is different from the Hurley shirt that I bought from their store. The stitches also not neat. I would rather pay 10$ more with authentic hurley shirt. Can I return the shirt???!!
