I'm really disappointed with the…

I'm really disappointed with the product, I didn't feel like it worked at getting rid of my peach fuzz at all and gave me lots of ingrown hairs

To help us understand your concern better, could you please provide more details about how you used your DermaFlip? If the peach fuzz wasn't removed, as you mentioned, it would be unlikely for ingrown hairs to result from the DermaFlip. Typically, ingrown hairs occur when hair is removed, so if the peach fuzz hasn't been removed, it might be due to the technique or angle used, and we'd love to provide some tips to help you get the best results.

It's also possible that another hair removal method, like plucking, might be contributing to the ingrown hairs. We're here to help and would love to guide you through the best way to use the DermaFlip to achieve the results you desire.

Returning Customer!

Loving all my smooth products, I'm a fan from the start! Just topped up on the amazing lemon avocado oil which I use almost every night before bed with my gua sha. The girls are so great to deal with, they make it all so easy too. Highly recommend all their products!
