First order was placed back in January…
First order was placed back in January on Not on the High Street for this item, nothing arrived so chased after the expected delivery date - no response after several attempts and they even ignored support messages from NOTHS.
Tried ordering direct, no dispatch, chased again and finally came back to me with some excuse about issues with Royal Mail and lots of orders going missing. Whilst that may be partly true it doesn't take 3 weeks to respond to an email or advise a customer what is going on.
Still no item & really wouldn't have bothered with second order if it wasn't want my daughter asked for! VERY POOR!!

Bought the travel envelope to use for taking my books around in my bag. It’s so cool! I love the travel theme with all of the country stamps. The quality is amazing and seems durable and long lasting. Would purchase again!
