Andre the host is very helpful & knowledgeable. Plus his English is excellent.
The room itself is very clean, lovely cotton sheets and comfy pillow and the room is functional. Plus it is walkable to the airport, a big plus.
However, one or two very minor comments are that the curtain needs to be a black-out, not sheer white material. There were no bin liners in the room or milk in the fridge downstairs for a coffee, which I would liked as I had travelled a long way. Also at 1pm some very noisy guests arrived and didn’t not stop talking for a very long time, which is not the owners fault!

Delighted to support an Irish owned business, efficient service and very happy with the quality of the baskets I ordered.

I was so delighted I spotted the Porth hallow coffee table and at such a good price. The website waas easy to navigate-payment was straight forward-delivery very reasonable and item arrived in a timely fashion. Now saving for the sofa!

Great selection of products, easy ordering and quick delivery

I purchased a very handy small watering can from The Snug Room. I love the watering can but I was very impressed with the excellence customer service I received. It slipped my mind to pick up my item but received a timely reminder before a Bank Holiday weekend to pick up sane as the premises would be closed. When I called to pick it up, I was met by a friendly face and a smile! It’s the little things!!!

Our beautiful new vase arrived last week, its our 3rd purchase from the Snug Room in the last few months and the quality of every item is second to none. Lovely people to deal with and I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough.
