I’ve ordered MK2 minirail and clamps…

I’ve ordered MK2 minirail and clamps from this company since the 18th January 2024 and up to date I haven’t received my order or any update whatsoever from them, I’m really appalled by this company and the service they provide, it’s really disappointing, please avoid this company.

ordered a solar diverter

ordered a solar diverter, 5 days later still no update that they have shipped, the phone number on the website is not recognised and they aren't responding to emails, worried I've been stung, poor service at best

No hassle returns? HA - AVOID THESE GUYS

Ordered a small item for a PV install. From their website, it appeared to be in-stock. The item was not shipped for 5 weeks. To their credit, they did ring after five weeks to report there was a "problem" and the item would be shipped out again.

An additional week later (6 weeks from the original order), I emailed to say it still had not arrived therefore cancel the order. Of course it showed up via DPD the next day.

Their website promises a "no hassles" return policy. HA! A second email asking for an RMA was never returned and their phone number today does not answer.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I am absolutely appalled by the abysmal service I received from The Solar Store UK. I placed an order with this company last week during the bank holiday, and the nightmare began right from the get-go. I paid for delivery, with a promised timeframe of 4-5 days, but it quickly became evident that this company doesn't care about keeping its commitments or communicating with its customers.

After days of not hearing anything about my order, I decided to take the initiative and give them a call last Friday. I was told that my delivery would finally arrive on Monday, but guess what? Monday came and went, and still, no delivery, no communication, nothing! It's beyond frustrating how they seem to operate in complete disregard for their customers.

Today, in a desperate attempt to get some answers and the products I had paid for, I made numerous calls and sent texts. Instead of receiving any helpful information, I was met with a nasty text that essentially told me to "stop bothering them" and that my order was cancelled. Are you kidding me? This is hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.

To add insult to injury, when I spoke to someone from their team on Friday, they repeatedly suggested they would cancel my order, as if it were some kind of threat. What kind of business treats its customers like this? It's utterly disgraceful!

Now, on top of everything else, I have to endure an additional 2-3 days of waiting for a refund. I cannot emphasise enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with The Solar Store UK. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your solar needs. This company is a shining example of what NOT to do when it comes to customer service and reliability. My advice: steer clear and don't waste your time or money here.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO TO A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY.
