I got totally ripped off by this company.
The mossie repelling devices are a complete scam .
They don’t work at all.
I have sent 3 emails with photos and phoned them no response.
Looks like I have lost my money

I bought a laser engraver from the Splendid Store online shop in June, 2022. The product worked fine but began having problems before failing
all together in December, 2022. I emailed the seller to request a refund for the product failing prematurely on the 14/12/22 but
received no response, I sent follow up emails on the 20/12/22, and 28/12/22 again with no response. I tried to call the phone numbers
listed on their website, the phone number for the Brisbane office is a number in Perth which doesn't get answered, and the number
for their Adelaide office is a Melbourne number with 11 digits. I also submitted an online contact request.
I checked their Facebook page for alternative contacts, I sent them a direct message which got no response.
Checking their reviews
section all the positive 5-star reviews are from fake shell profiles, the real reviews all mention bad customer service, and illegal
business practices. My negative review on the 9/1/12 finally got a response from the seller where they said they would "initiate the
refund immediately" this has not happened and they have not responded to any more messages following up and requesting
confirmation that the refund is in process.

I have reported to the ACCC and Office of Fair Trading - I encourage others to do the same

Bought a watch. It was faulty, tried contacting them by live chat, phone and email, no replies. They are a scam!

I order an item, and put my card details for transaction. They took the money, and I’m still without the item. I’ve contacted them 3 times regarding it with no response from someone. I go to send them a 4th email and they’ve blocked my email. So now I’m without my money and item. PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR CARD TO PURCHASE GOODS. Very disappointing.

Odered 2 clothes racks for guests for Christmas. Paid express post and received 1 22/12/22 and the other one has not arrived and guests have left!!. The quality is terrible, the materials used are weak, cheap and flimsy. I am very dissatisfied with their service and quality of the product. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I placed an order for a shower chair that the nurses in hospital recommended, Plus due to what a horrible time I've had of late I thought I'd treat myself to a head massager too. After chasing up my order, they cancelled, claiming they had no stock. Prior to replying, I checked their website & they had them but at 3 times the price. I wrote back & sent them the screenshot of the advertisement & of the order I had placed. If they advertised the wrong price that's not my fault.

They refused to provide an Australian ABN. They claim to operate out of Birkdale, QLD however only have 08 & 03 phone numbers listed not 07, but they don't answer those numbers anyway.

Many weeks later a plastic piece of junk arrived that I guess is supposed to be the head massager, however the power adapter provided is not for Australia, & they refuse to communicate or respond to my emails.

Don't waste your money with these fraudulent rip offs who just steal your money.

I ordered a toy for Christmas for a grandchild. No confirmation email, no product arrived but non existent product was charged to my credit card.

Do not deal with this company you will be ripped off and I am wondering where are the government bodies that should be overseeing this sort of behaviour from these individuals. The site for this company ( and I use this term loosely ) should be shut down to protect People from these sort of people.

Scam! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering Xmas presents for grandchildren. My experience is similar to the rest, took my money, advised my items have been shipped, no shipping details, can’t get in touch with them. When I try to ring no one answers. Definitely a dodgy website. I have notified my bank.

Do not do business with these people they do not deliver they take your money no product is delivered they do not respond to website inquiries. Ripped off $500.00 Their phone number listed is disconnected, their listed address is fake.

SCAM. Do not buy! None of their emails or phone numbers work for you to respond to and they don't send order confirmations.

You’ll note every 4-5 star reviewer is from the US. They’ve even faked their Trustpilot rating! I’ve received the crappiest item (a mozzie lamp) and asked for a return. If I get nothing in a week I’ll call the bank and request a chargeback. If you’ve used a debit/credit card, this option is also open to you. Good luck!

Hundreds of 5 star reviews from United States reviewers with generic statements of ‘great service. I am in appreciation’. This business operates out of Queensland, Australia and every Australian review (the only genuine customer reviews not written by bots) indicate a 1 star experience with items being undelivered or no return correspondence from queries.

I personally purchased a Motorcycle Helmet with Built in Bluetooth and vents. The item is a thin plastic, with no Bluetooth of any kind and the vents are fake.

I contacted the seller initially as I did not receive a tracking number and later as the item is falsely advertised and I have not received a response. The address and phone number on their website are also fake.

Ensure you, unlike me, do your due diligence and check online businesses credibility before purchasing items.

You will find that this business is not credible and you will likely be the victim of theft and/or other breaches to Australian Consumer laws.

SCAM Do not buy from the store they are a scam. The address is not real, the phone number doesn't work, emails bounced back. They sent an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation so that you think it's real and then nothing happens.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They should be shut down.

1 star because I couldn't give zero. I paid for a quail plucking machine. It was $350 and it never arrived. There was no tracking provided, like they stated in the delivery policy, and they ignore you when you contact them. The refund policy is made up to give you piece of mind. I believe the website is a scam.

Order never arrives no email back no phone number no answer the phone no nothing it’s Scam

This is not a genuine Australian store. A quick search on the ABR or ASIC will confirm that this business does not exist in Australia. They are operating out of China. The address is fake, the phone number uses the Australian Country Code, immediately followed by a Chinese number (starting with 86). No tracking info for 1 week, then when I emailed them I got a refund notification instead with no explanation. Yet to see if the money is returned. Web page contact form does not work. Original supplied email gets blocked by Outlook server, but a different email seems to work. BUYER BEWARE - THIS SMELLS STRONGLY OF SCAM. Better off sticking to Ebay or Amazon. To the seller: if you pretend to be Australian, it is better to have an office setup here with appropriate contact information. You are better off setting up on AliExpress and leaving Australian Retail.... for Australians.

Bought a so called leather torch and leatherman pouch.What a load of rubbish.It was not leather and in no way was it like the item advertised on FB.Thank God for PayPal.Got an immediate refund.They must have paid the other customers for the 5 star ratings.
