Scam or company went out of business
I don’t know if this was a scam or the company went out of business. Item ordered 26 November, follow up email sent 31 December. No response and 121 days after order, no item received. Websites are now down. Paid via PayPal so just opened a dispute and receiving a full refund. If you paid via PayPal, I highly recommend raising your dispute using the chat AI. Did all the work for me, took minutes.
Christmas scam
How many people have placed orders before Christmas and is still not fulfilled?
My credit card was charged Dec 11th and I did receive the below email, however have tried contacting them since Feb 24th with no response or refund. When their products were available for purchase again, I even asked to get the product instead but still no response. I understand in the message they ask for patience but when charged in mid December and it is now March it’s very concerning.
Email sent to me Dec 15th:
“We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen issues at our warehouse that are out of our control, we are unable to fulfill your recent order. Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve these issues in time, and as a result, we will be issuing refunds for your order in the coming days and weeks, potentially months.
We understand that many of these orders were intended as Christmas gifts, and we are truly sorry for disrupting your holiday plans. The thought of ruining your gifting preparations weighs heavily on us, and we want you to know how deeply we regret this situation.
We would also like to apologise to those of you who have emailed us and received no response. The challenges at our warehouse caused widespread disruptions, we are committed to improving our communication moving forward.
Please note that refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method used at checkout. Since we have a high volume of customers to cover, it may take us some time to process all refunds, but we want to assure you that you will definitely be refunded. We ask for your patience during this time while you are awaiting to be refunded.

Never received my order. Sent a message, no response. Sent a further 4 emails, no response. Couldn't find a phone number to contact them. Luckily I paid via PayPal so got a refund through them.

This company is a scam. They say they offer refunds but I’ve tried contacting them eight times for a refund and they’ve ignored all my emails and social media messages. The quality of the glasses is very poor too. I’m devastated as the glasses were a birthday present for my sister but they’ll now be going to a charity shop. Do not buy from them!

This is a scam. Do NOT order They send you order confirmation, tracking number etc and then when your payment goes through you get an email saying that they cannot fulfill the order. They say you will get a refund with weeks but most likely months. This is so that you do not raise a dispute with the Bank to get your money back. The Bank will only deal with disputes up to 120 days........So get your dispute in with the bank if you have already ordered.

I ordered and even received a tracking number. I questioned the tracking number as it wasn’t working and I then got an email a couple of days later saying they could not fulfil my order so I would be getting a refund. The email says my refund could take weeks or MONTHS!!!
I have emailed them giving them 14 days but obviously had no communication back.
I have claimed the money back from my bank.
I think the scam is that you wait for your refund longer than the claim window from your bank.

Ordered from them earlier in the year…after weeks and weeks of asking where my order is, some founder guy ‘John’ emails saying none left and order needs to be cancelled as none left!? Cannot see why that too so long to advise out of stock and holding on to my money…but there you go…l I watched for the same items coming back into stock ( as after this they did say on website out of stock…eventually ). I ordered again the second they showed in stock….that was weeks and weeks ago…given a tracking number that was erroneous, when I queried the order again they assured me it was in its way on 2nd Dec….today told again out of stock!? Liars!
