2 years later and hair still ruined!

2 years ago I had my hair coloured 2 days before my wedding day. I asked for my natural colour as I only wanted to colour it to cover the few greys I had. After leaving, therefore seeing my hair in natural light, I saw my hair was orange! They let me come back the next day (day before my wedding!) And managed to fix it for the day. However, 2 years on and I'm still battling to get the colour back to how it was. Doesnt matter how many times I have it coloured, whether semi or permanent, the bronze colour still pushes through, meaning I now have my natural colour on top and this awful bronze at the bottom. It's like they permanently lightened the hair! Will never use them again.
