I fully trust and appreciate the efforts of the Provencher Team; they've helped my husband and myself through numerous bumps/bruises and injuries throughout the last 7 years! We continue to go back and remain impressed. Be sure to understand it's a large clinic and there are some delays outside of the surgeon's control (but that doesn't take away from the abilities of he and his team).
The Steadman Clinic just arrived in Aspen. Unfortunately my two visits were akin to being a cog in a machine dedicated to factory medicine. The wait times were far beyond unacceptable. The first time the wait was 3.5 hours late just to see a tech and then another 1.5 hours to see the doctor. The second time I walked out after an hour and twenty minutes. Poor communication is unacceptable. I shall now switch hospitals rather than ever deal with Steadman ever again.
