Exchange Denied
Unable to exchange tennis bracelet due to minor scratches on clasp after trying on with the Bold Grid Chain bracelet also purchased from the same order. After several messages to customer service explaining that the bracelet was tried on above and below the Bold Grid bracelet, they believed this item was worn not tried on and denied an exchange. Shipping cost was my responsibility on the return and then they charged me to ship it back to me. Unfortunately, I really love the Bold Grid bracelet but may not purchase from them in the future due to this event. May I suggest different packaging/protective seal around clasps allowing items to be tried on.

I got a braclet as a gift to my boyfriend for our one year. Shipping said it would take 2 weeks, but it actually got to my house within 3-4 days, which is awesome, and why my review is so high. As for the product, my boyfriend has mentioned that the clasp has come undone sometimes during work. He is very active and hands-on at work, so that’s probably partially why. But if you do a lot of hands-on stuff and what to wear this product 24/7, I probably wouldn’t recommend one that has a clasp. I just told him to take it off when he gets to work. He does, so it’s fine for now. However, do be aware of that if you buy.
