DO NOT order from this company, they are scammers. They have stolen my money and not sent the goods I will be claiming the money through the courts.

Where do I start? Only half my order came, what did come was broken. When I emailed them I did get a reply saying I would receive a shipping label to send it back but that was 12 days ago and even though I reached out again, I have heard nothing and not received a refund. Poor. Stay Away from this company!

I am waiting for my order that was expected weeks ago. My son is so disappointed and asks every day if his promised present is coming.
I have emailed the company twice and had no reply.
I am extremely disappointed with the complete lack of customer service.

Placed an order that never arrived, emailed twice and like other reviewers have said they’ve completely ghosted after the placement of the order. I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order. Definitely a scam website, stay away from it at all costs!

After ordering from them it never was updated as dispatched, we are now well past the expected delivery date. There chat function is useless and all emails go un-replied. Sham shop who have basically stolen my money. Stay well away from them!
Follow up response: I have now received a refund from them - isn't it interesting that after being completely ignored by this company the day I posted on Trustpilot AND raised the issue with my bank I had a refund processed within a day 🤔

Stay away. Domain of website via Trustpilot page hyperlink doesn't even take you to thestemclub.co.uk any more, it takes you to stem.org. The business owner of thestemclub.co.uk has abused my personal details, making derogatory comments about where I live and has posted my personal address in reply to a review they didn't like. Highly unprofessional in my opinion.

I would have given it zero stars if possible. It’s a scam. Ordered 19 December with estimated delivery being 29 December. I’ve still not received the item. There was no notification about it being dispatched. Nothing at all. My emails have been ignored. My messages on their Facebook page too. I will have to contact my bank to get the money back

Update: after I wrote this review within 4 days I received an email from StemClub with shipment details. My order was finally delivered nearly a month after I placed it. There was zero explanation, apologies from the seller. I would not order from them again and wouldn’t recommend it.

I’m sorry but still haven’t received this parcel.

Item never received (letterbox subscription). Emailed multiple times and finally got a pretty unapologetic email saying they would be sent that day. Still nothing 2 weeks later.

Good item, haven’t used it with the kids yet as I just tested it out, my only negatives would be the disks aren’t numbered (unless I’ve missed it) so it hard to work out what disk goes with what story.

Very fast delivery. I bought this as a present for my Grandson... I tried it out and it seems really easy to operate, a bit smaller than I expected.
I'm sure he will love it though.

Good company with interesting toys. Prompt service.

Absolutely fabulous piece of kit my daughter love the projector and makes up her own stories it's built up her confidence so much well worth the money.

I purchased a pikler set which they did advise would be posted on the 5th November, by mid November it still did not arrive and I contacted them atleast multiple times on email, via their website, fb and instagram with no response.
The item eventually arrived (6 weeks late) but it wasnt like the image and missing a stick. I tried to contact them again through multiple channels to return the item (as it fell out of their 4 week return policy from purchase dare due to them posting it late) to the point i was forced to go through my credit card company.
A couple weeks later I recieved an email from them stating they are raising the case with the metropolitan police as i recieved the item but requested a charge back (clearly showing they ignored my email and did not understand the case for the refund). Although i responded stating I was happy to return the item but as it is their fault and their product fault I would like them to cover the return postage. Again no response, then i send a chaser and again they said they are taking the situation to court (again, showing they are clearly missing the issue at hand and offers of resolution or responding to my offer of return). I even asked them to ca me in attempt to resolve and these emails were just ignored.

Awful customer service. Stressful ordeal.

There are reliable, customer orientated businessed online to buy from. Not worth using Stem Club.

I ordered a solar system projector form my son on the 26th November. One month later the item still hasn't arrived. I emailed them several times. No reply. Avoid ordering from this company.
