Well I called because I was interested in joining sterling and I talk to a lady call Laura she was very helpful and answered all my questions and cleared some stuff up that I was unsure of I was with sterling before or in May and didn't really understand how umbrella companies work so I ended up leaving but Laura explained everything I'm happy to be with Stirling now

Had great experience with jenny and Laura after my agency did file my wages properly. They made sure I got paid what I was due

I struggled to understand what was going on with my payments and Laura McFadden got in touch with me couldn’t have been a better person as new to this I didn’t understand it at all and she explained it all thoroughly and took her time making sure I understood everything, she went that extra step which made me really happy as no one does that for anybody anymore. Having a great experience with The Sterling Group customer service today. Speaking to Jessica Rosbotham on the phone today, while she tried explaining a very complex calculation of my payslip in terms of tax rates, NIN and other deductions etc.
I had no idea what are all the deductions on my payslip and was very confused.
During almost 50 mins call, I now understand all the sums that I have been deducted from my total gross and where the money goes. I was also made aware about an emergency tax code applied to my tax rate code.
Jessica was kind to explain that I could get this removed if I speak with HMRC, so I get most of my slip.

The lady that attended to me by the name “HOLLY WATERS” was very helpful & made sure my issue was sorted out.
Very big thank you to her.

Had little understanding of claiming back expenses and was losing money every week. The administrator Ryan balogh went above and beyond to explain and rectify my losses. Couldn’t have been more helpful

Many thanks to Sterling payroll, having to deal with multiple choice questions and phone calls on a busy Friday afternoon can’t be easy, fast and efficient service re-activation of C.I.S. account?, Patient with experience using the telephones getting the customer where they need to be with regards to any online portals signing of documents wage slips and wage payments?, 10 out of 10 for good service and quality correspondence

I had joined up to this agency and I really didn’t have a clue on how to input the information for expenses mileage anything.
I had spoken to Sarah munroe and I must admit she was highly professional a pleasure to deal with she couldn’t do enough for me and she also worked on over her hours to help me. I really appreciated it as I would of lost money otherwise.
The service is brilliant and I cannot fault Sarah for her professionalism and her total effort on the call.

Got intouch with Ryan from sterling via the WhatsApp regarding myself having trouble submitting mileage expenses, explained everything to him and he then took it apon himself to fully explain to me how it all works, how I’d go about submitting them correctly for a future reference and got it all resolved and paid for me.. top bloke Ryan 🤙🏼

Awful customer service and rude staff. Wanted clarity on mileage expenses as they never seem to get processed and rejected for whatever reason and the only time it gets paid is when I call up to speak to someone, yet all I got was a rude patronising lady on the phone. Unfortunately I am being forced to use this umbrella scheme because of IR35 and besides getting shafted every single week through unlawful deductions I really could do without the rude attitude at the other end of the phone
