Appalling service. After chasing, no communication regards delivery. Delivery eventually came unannounced. Good job I was in to take delivery.

You took my money, never delivered the goods, never drained to tell me that they were out of stock…..and I had to call you up to ask you ‘what’s going on’.

I ordered sealant for my oven which arrived promptly and did the job well . Expensive though.

Got ours delivered, was very well packaged, fired up last night for the first time well worth the money

We ordered a Mezzo76 pizza oven with the insulation and render kit. We also ordered a set of flue bends and two extra lengths of 500mm flue pipe. The whole lot was delivered on time all safely packed in a secure wooden crate. We have installed the oven, and completed the insulation/render process. The quality of all the materials is excellent, and very heavy duty. An expensive addition to our garden upgrade, but will be well worth it in the long run. Not used it yet as we are still waiting for the render to fully dry, and to complete the flue installation. Really looking forward to the completed project so we can start using the oven, which will be very shortly. We also followed the build manual for the construction of the brick base, which has turned out really well being extremely strong and robust. This is essential to cope with the sheer size and weight of the oven.

Tried to charge £55 for delivery when the website clearly states £35. Just disappointing given we are an existing customer and there is no regard, having already spent over £1000 on the oven itself.

Really looked forward to receiving our oven as the company confirmed that the oven would be dispatched to meet the delivery date as selected only to find out from the courier service that it is due to arrive a day later which had not been communicated at all and not suitable. Disappointed as I had taken a days leave to make sure I was here when delivered. Tried to phone the company to find out what was going on but no answer then tried again to have a pre-recorded message to say that they had finished for the day.

I have waited 3 months over the summer to place a review as it's difficult to rate a product such as a pizza oven without using it for several months first.
The ordering, delivery and packaging were all really good. The guidance for installation was also spot on from the weights involved to the oven base requirements for such an item (handling, temps reached, size, etc).
Since the installation, the usefulness of the pizza oven has been great, garden parties, family meals, etc have all been demanding the use of the oven and it hasn't disappointed as my cooking has improved.
It's a focal point and talking point, I find myself drawn to it when it's fired up.
It's easy to use once you get the hang of it and the guidance shown online and on Instagram from The Stone Bake Oven Company, has again, been readily available and useful.
I would certainly recommend the investment!

Delivered at the time they said.
We required some ingenuity and muscle to carry it through to its final destination but we did it with 6 of us! Cooks pizzas very well - took 2 hours to warm up sufficiently the first time cf one hour in the instructions but subsequently has been hot enough in half an hour

One of the items ordered was faulty and the Company immediately sent a replacement.This shows to me the high quality of their customer support.

Purchased the render kit. Followed instructions and process went reasonably well. However, once receiving the kit/bags of render it’s apparent that this is not a very cost effective solution given the apparent mark up.

Shipment delayed but didn’t keep updated about new delivery dates.
