Clean quick and efficient

The company have courteous, professional people working for them. I always appreciate the cleanness of the Storage Center.

I accidentally rented the wrong storage unit on a day when the office was closed. I left a message and Ashley called me back first thing the next morning. She took care of it for me. She made it super easy and stress-free. She’s very pleasant and easy to deal with unlike some other places I’ve dealt with in the same area. I would definitely recommend this this facility.

The representative at the front desk was very polite & pleasant giving me all the information that I needed to rent a unit / unit was clean & at a nice temperature

Dear The Storage Center,

I am writing to share my experience with your facility today.

When I arrived, no one was in the office. I called the recommended number and asked if someone could assist me with booking. I was told I could complete the process over the phone, and I proceeded to sign all necessary documents, pay, and receive my gate code and unit number.

After covering my car, I called an Uber to leave. At that point, I was stopped by an employee who told me I was not supposed to book online. I explained that my Uber was already paid for and I needed to go. The employee then threatened that I would be locked out and my car would be removed because I would not redo the entire process through her.

I am very disappointed by this treatment after following the instructions provided to me.

I never have an issue with my storage. I was going to downsize my storage and the process was quick and easy

Charged for a unit I didn't use , accidentally purchased on line the wrong location and gave no permissions to use my card. Furthermore, I again do not give permission to use my card and all use of my card should stop and I'd like my money refunded. I'm a merchant marine and out of the country on a ship with no phone service but also sent an email saying the same.
