I have had a storage unit with The Storage Center for a couple of years now. When I first started renting a unit I needed a large unit, 10 x 30, because my daughter was also storing her stuff as well. A few months later, my daughter got her stuff out of the unit so I switched to a smaller unit, 10 x 10. When this happened there was a lady who was just starting her job at the facility, her name is Kelly. I was the first person she helped with a unit. She was wonderful to work with. Anyway, as it turned out, my granddaughter moved in with me so she could go to college at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College to get her nursing degree. So I ended up getting a bigger unit, 10 x 15. And guess who helped me with that bigger unit. It was none other than Kelly. Again, she was wonderful! I thought that was going to be the last time I would be moving my stuff around, even when my granddaughter moved her stuff out, but I was mistaken. Yesterday, January 5, 2026, I moved to a bigger unit, 10 x 20, because I added outdoor Christmas decorations for the yard and we do not have the space to store them at the house. It’s ironic, but Kelly was the person who helped me again. She is always great to work with, I cannot stress that enough. The facility is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and they always answer questions when asked. When I have to get something out of my unit I always get a wave from whoever is working and on some occasions I walk in the office just to say hello. This place is the best! If I had to change one thing, what would that be, you might ask? Nothing! It’s climate controlled, it’s in a great location, it’s always clean, and the associates are helpful and friendly.

Best storage company

I cannot say enough good things about this storage center in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. The entire facility is exceptionally clean—hallways, units, entrances, and common areas are all spotless and clearly well cared for. It does not feel neglected or run-down in the least. Everything is orderly, well-lit, and maintained the way a proper storage facility should be.
What truly sets this location apart is the staff. The workers are genuinely kind, patient, and helpful. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions without attitude, and make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Their professionalism and friendliness make the entire process easy and stress-free.
It’s rare these days to find a place that is both impeccably clean and staffed by people who take pride in their work, but this storage center delivers on both. I would confidently recommend it to anyone in the Ocean Springs area looking for a reliable, well-run storage facility.

The carts are cheap and small. Some are very hard to push (brake/s keep locking up). The elevators don't always accept my code or time-out too fast and, occasionally, I have to push a button to get the door to open. The bathroom is not always accessible. If the previous user doesn't put something to prevent the door from locking, you have to get the attendant to unlock it (no attendant on weekends). You need a dumpster in the parking lot.

My experience with The Storage Center was A-1 and first class and all of this was because the manager Kelly made things easy and simple and I'm confident my belongings are safe and protected so with that being said thank you Kelly for making this experience like a fresh breath of air

Great service, amazing staff. Didn’t expect so may issue with the elevator when moving in. Trying to load up the elevator with people and items and having to type in the code every time was a pain especially when trying to get done fast. Then if we got lucky and got both elevators I would type in the code and nothing would happen with one of them. No one could use the bathroom because it was a Sunday and there is no one there.

Great customer service and online platform.

Customer service in store is rude. Pretty much talked down to me cuz I accidentally put my stuff in the wrong storage unit. They made me feel really dumb

Fabulous was so refreshing after 7 years of hell in D'Iberville theft, raises every month, etc. Kelly was the best. I highly recommend The Storage Center as it is impeccably clean.

We had a great experience. The lady at check in was so kind, knowledgable and extremely helpful even though we interrupted her lunch.

The facility is clean, modern and centrally located. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.
