Beth was courteous, very knowledgeable, and most accommodating in getting me what I wanted. The office was impeccable clean with all sales items in very neat stacks and expertly maintained. Overall, an outstanding experience for me and I've been dealing with storage facilities for four years.

The platform always fail when i need to make payments and get my receipt.

Sue who set up my unit for me was amazing! She could explain all the details and answer all of my questions. That interaction made the stress of moving much less!

Beth is helpful and friendly!!! She is Wonderful to work with! The units are well kept, we've had no problems with bugs or damage. I would recommend lights in each unit and door stops at the entrances to the hall of units. Otherwise I have been pleased with my unit and the Staff. I already have plans to get another unit there.

Storage is about more than a place to hold your stuff. It's about having a reliable partner who answers your calls, follows up and reaches out as needed. Beth is the special sauce to this place and she makes our experience worth the 5-Star rating!

Great costumer Service

This is the third time my unit has been flooded. The flood this time was inexcusable because it means that the problems that caused the flooding last time was NOT fixed or even addressed.

I've lost thousands of dollars of items and/or value of items in my shed and I've gotten no comment, explanation, excuse or help from the company. They aren't listening and they don't seem to give a flip as long as they don't have to spend any money or effort.

The current manager of the business was excellent. I really appreciate her.

It was very easy to navigate the website to choose and rent a space. The facility is clean and easy to access.

I was able to rent the storage unit I needed right over the phone.

It was easy to book my unit. My only complaint is that I reserved the unit last week as I was waiting to get final approval and I didn't get an email or call before my reservation expired. Fortunately there was still a unit available, but I do wish I had been notified before it expired.
