Scam website

Scam website. They dropship out of china and go under multiple names. Themodehub is another they use.

Request a refund through them and they will offer a percentage off or say you need to return at your own expense hoping you’ll just give up.

Their policy does not override UK law. Charge back through your bank if these parasites have already scammed you

This company don't deserve a 1 star review, they're fraudulent and based in China.

Streetwearhub and Wearhub aka Nexara Solutions Limited.

I purchased 5 items and they tried to claim only 2 were received and I'm still awaiting my refund.

Counterfeit goods - beware

I bought a pair of Dr Martens Sinclair for £49.95. They were clearly counterfeit. Once this was pointed out, including photographic evidence of how the real ones look like in comparison to theirs, they offered a 10% refund as a goodwill gesture. They have since rebranded themselves as The Modehub, which just adds extra dodginess to the whole picture.

The women’s puffer jacket looks great…

The women’s puffer jacket looks great and feels really warm. The quality is better than I expected for the price, and it arrived within a few days. The only small downside is that the zipper feels a bit stiff at first, but overall it’s a nice jacket and I’m happy with the purchase.

Slow delivery but great quality, 3 stars because of the slow deleveru times. The hoodie was a good quality and is warm, also the packaging was great!

Phone didnt work

Needed to e-mail them. Phonenumber didnt work, i received the wrong item. But still offered me a 50% refund, or a 100% storecredit/free new item.

Present was too late

My girlfriend saw this site and ordered me a pair of old money trousers. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing that it took eight days to arrive. After several emails, they did come up with a suitable solution (100% store credit or 50% money back). So they are willing to help, but it was a birthday present for me (too bad it took so long). But the solution was fine.

Five Months, No Refund or Resolution

I placed an order in April and received tracking details, but the delivery could not be arranged through Royal Mail. When I contacted Street Wear Hub, the support provided was unhelpful. The goods were eventually returned to them, yet despite multiple requests I have not received either a replacement or a refund. After five months with no resolution, I was left with no choice but to escalate the matter through my bank.

Poor product, shocking customer service

My goodness, what a sudden slew of 5 star reviews. Unbelievable…really, really unbelievable! And the company has been so quick to reply, while it took them weeks to reply to my unfavourable posts. 3 months after my ill-advised purchase, I’m still waiting for a long promised store credit.

And I actually want the credit so that I can test another product: maybe I was just unlucky and the cheap, shoddy polyester dress I chose is the only inferior product in their range? 🤔

I would like to order more often

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Item arrived well after the indicated postage timescale, which meant the items could not be used for their intended purpose. Return was requested, but after a number of emails, the company said I had to meet the full costs of returning the items. A partial refund was offered for me to keep the items. So I am now out of pocket and stuck with some items that I can not use.

returns policy… very poor

Not helpful at all with returns policy suggestions that returns cost too much to China and offering discounts for goods not wanted very dissatisfied and disappointed goods not Hest quality either, certainly not as described. Would not place any further orders.

Guys be Careful

Guys please be careful when buying the products on this platform as the images and the real product are 2 different things - very deceiving. Furthermore if you ask for a refund they will offer you 15% refund and force to keep the product, which is unethical. The order takes between 4-6 weeks to arrive. It was my first time from website and last time ever.
