Total scam. They say all shipping Dees and duties are included, but I had to pay an extra €112,- for import. When I emailed they said it would be resolved, so I payed. We have now been emailing back and fort for over a mont and still no solution. So these became very very expensive shoes. Worst costumer service ever.
Ordered these boots as I really loved the brand ethos, and the boots themselves are well made. I ordered my true to size but they were too small. The website would not generate a return label and I was directed to customer support. It has been nearly a week with no reply. I reached out to the company via Instagram who said they would pass it on but nothing has happened. Really disappointing customer service.
