Feedback on subscription service
After trying the Pro Collagen Peptide capsules and Pro Magnesium 4 capsules for a few months and finding them beneficial, I moved over to receiving them on subscription. Happy to report that both products were dispatched and arrived on time Very pleased with the service as well as the products.

Great mineral supplement
I’ve been taking The Swallow Pro Magnesium 4 Complex for Sleep & Energy since November 2024, and I’m still taking it because it’s become part of my daily routine. I’ve found it helps me relax in the evenings and supports a better night’s sleep.
I like that it contains four different forms of magnesium, and I’ve found it gentle on my stomach with no unwanted side effects.
