I’ve ordered several boxes from The Sweet Shop HQ over the years but this experience was horrendous.

I had ordered a personalised box for my wife’s birthday but it never arrived. I emailed their customer services 3+ times over a couple of weeks but I never received a response. I then attempted the same via their social media but again, no response. They did however happily take my money.

I went ahead and flagged this with my bank who investigated it and refunded me. I suspect that they have gone out of business but they are happy to keep taking money from former customers without informing them. Awful.

I ordered from here 17th September and I selected multiple sweets (all in stock) and I triple checked as it's for my mum's birthday, and she is picky. When I checked out, the order confirmation came through and half of the items I selected were not on the list, must have been a glitch. I contacted IMMEDIATELY via email and I received no response, even up until now. I then contacted on Instagram and still no response, and they have no contact telephone number. My order arrived today 25th, and indeed it is incorrect, and today happens to be my mums birthday, so I can't even give her part of her gift. I have DMd again, and still waiting for help. Absolutely awful customer service, and no help what so ever.

Husband purchased a fizzy box mix, a little disappointing as some of the selection picked were substituted & some sweets seem to be the cheapie sweets to bulk it out

I love the sweets and everything associated but absolutely crap delivery times. Be prepared to wait

Sweets are delicious. Super easy to order, even the Vegan sweets tasted great. Quick delivery. Will use again.

Fantastic customer service! I'm calorie counting and asked if they had the nutritional info, they messaged back and said they didn't but could get it for me! I asked if they could give me the brand names of the sweets I ordered and I'd figure out the calories myself and they did just that! Will definitely use them again, the sweets are so nice!

You kept me up to date with when my sweets arrived and the Delivery driver was very polite and helpful.. I was surprised on how fast they arrived wow ..
One thing is.. I bought them as a ‘Little’ treat for myself 😇 I can’t keep my hands off them 🤣🐖 no complaint obviously 😇😇

I asked that it was made obvious which box had the gift card in without opening the box and the lady gave me a lovely note and made it obvious on the bottom of the box which one had the gift card in. I'd definitely purchase from this company again!

Got a massive jar of sweets which I got to pick my self using their 'create your own' option! Absolutely huge and I used a discount code, which they often give out which was a massive bonus!! New customers also get 10% off their order which makes it even more tempting 😍🙃

A lovely gift idea. Wondered if it would just be a bit of an expensive gimmick, but was very impressed with the amount of sweets I received. Fantastic packaging. Will definitely order again as a gift or for special occasions.
