Bought 2 boards that were 'deals of the day'. Site says same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm which I did. They were sent out the following day which I wasn't too bothered about. However the boards received weren't the ones ordered. Wrong colour, narrower board and totally different design, lower power charger. On phoning I was told that they don't have the ones I ordered, don't know when they will have and so are sending these out instead. What a joke- why have the deal of the day on something you don't have and don't know when you will have and then to send out something different without even an email or call to say would this one be ok instead. Both are going back.

Ordered a Ninetbot GoKart Bundle (including Mini-S) from the Swegway fun web site which is same people behind this website. And the order was cancelled because apparently I did not pick the correct shipping type. No attempt to contact me to resolve. When I went to re-order it was sold out.

I therefore bought just the go-kart package at a cost of £700. And pre-ordered a Mini-S from what appears to be their sister website TheSwegwayUK (according to paypal the money goes to same company) and they took payment for £388. More expensive than the original bundle but this is what my son has his heart set on for his joint birthday and Christmas.

So I just discovered again TheSwegwayUK have now cancelled that pre-order due to "supply issues" and now I have a £700 Go Kart accessory but no actual Mini S to attach for his birthday in two weeks.

We're gutted and no idea what we're going to do now, every other compatible scooter is doubling in price in the run up to Christmas.

Delivered very quickly for granddaughters birthday. She loves it and says it is the best birthday present ever.

I purchased a hoverboard for my daughter before Christmas which took 3 weeks to deliver. It won’t turn on and it’s really cheaply made compared to our other one we purchased last year. My partner and I have sent many emails none of which have not been replied too. Feel like we have been conned and there’s no way to get our money back. Do not purchase from this website.
