We used The Tap End for our bathroom and so when we needed our small, windowless cloakroom done they were the obvious choice. Justine’s design was bright and colourful with the limited space maximised. Mark was polite, hardworking and did an excellent job with the fitting, tiling and painting. We are delighted with the finished result. We would definitely recommend The Tap End.

I saw a product on their gorgeous instagram page and they sourced and posted it super fast and organised me more when I ran out. Great service and gorgeous tiles. Thanks Guys

I loved working with the patient and professional ladies at The Tap End. Justine and Joanna are forces of creative genius. They listened to what I wanted and helped me achieve it. This is the best bathroom I have ever had. The quality of the products are very high; Joanna sourced everything and made sure that it was delivered on time for my installation team. Looking forward to working with them again!

We are delighted with our new bathroom, designed by Joanna at The Tap End! Excellent service from start to finish and within our specified budget. First rate team of bathroom fitters (Rhys and Gareth of Dwyer and Phillips), plasterers and Connor our tiler. We've no plans to move home but if we should we wouldn't hesitate to use The Tap End again. A big thank you from Steve and Pat Marling.

We recently had our third bathroom designed and built by the tapend. The design process was an absolute joy and Justine was great. Now we have a wonderful new bathroom to enjoy following Sam's amazing build. Thank you. We'll definitely be back for our final bathroom.

We had a personal recommendation for The Tap End and also looked at all the great reviews in advance. They have an excellent online briefing portal and we were able to upload our measurements, our budget and descriptions and images of the look we wanted.
We approached them looking for 3 specific things: a complete redesign of a dated bathroom; a classic, calm, ‘seamless’ look; and great workmanship. We got two out of these three. We could not be happier with Zoe’s innovative re-design allowing us a bigger shower while keeping the bath - and the room looks much bigger than before! Nor could we be happier with the great workmanship of Dwyer and Phillips who were the recommended fitters - they were professional, communicative and respectful of our home throughout - no bath on the lawn moments! But, even though we believe everyone tried their individual best, we did not get the seamless look we were looking for. The fitters identified a perfect match for the tiles in silicon and we ourselves found the perfect match in paint. Separately the Tap End tiler reassured us that ‘Zoe’s design had specified trim and grout to match the tiles’ - he also said he had used it before - so we went with that, but the grout and trim is much more visible in our finished bathroom than it was on the exact same tiling in the Tap End showroom display. Incidentally, that trim - for our lovely porcelain and terrazzo tiles - turned out to be inexpensive plastic from Topps Tiles - we know because we collected some extra when the tiler was short on his last day. Had we known we would have upgraded at the design specification stage… but when investing with a highly recommended bathroom design studio should you really need to?
So if you go with The Tap End - and there are lots of good reasons to do so - then we suggest you dig deep into hidden elements of the specification at the design stage. We like lots about our new bathroom - we got stunning design and great workmanship, though not quite the look we had hoped for.
Can’t say about aftercare - we still have an issue to be resolved - but it’s good to see other reviewers have found Tap End to be responsive.

We chose one of two designs our designer at the Tap End created. We were amazed at how the small space available for a new loft ensuite was transformed into something which felt really attractive, contemporary and light. The bathroom fittings installed by the Tap End are all of high quality and look really attractive. The designer was really creative and communicated regularly throughout the planning process.
The Tap End are a company which provides a bespoke service with attention to detail at it's forefront.

The place to go for quality bath / shower items without having a complete refit.

We had our en suite refurbished several years ago and we haven’t got tired of the design. However our shower enclosure that we bought from a local family owned store was not of a great quality as the top, bottom and edges were tarnished, the rollers for the doors were broken, and the so called self cleaning glass had broken down.

We wanted to replace the shower enclosure but with a more superior quality one. I went back to the family run store and whilst they had some better enclosures they just didn’t look that superior quality.

I decided to contact The Tap End to see if they sold just enclosures and to our my delight they did. I spoke to Katie who was really helpful. We were concerned about ordering an enclosure that would be the right fit for our existing shower tray. Katie spent a fair amount of time checking with suppliers the measurements including the radius to give us peace of mind that what she would source would fit.

She sourced several different enclosures for us to chose from. We decided on one which to our amazement was delivered within 48 hours!! The shower enclosure has now been fitted and it looks fab but we can also tell that it’s a superior quality by the thickness of the glass, fittings, handle but more importantly the way that it glides.

We are very happy with our purchase and the service received by Katie and The Tap End. So if you want quality bathroom or shower room items without having a complete re fit then check out what The Tap End can source. We are very happy customers!!

Tap End was recommended by word of mouth. As soon as we entered the showroom it was clear that they understood their business with ideas and information about the process being very clear. Having completed a pre work questionnaire, we were advised the design would be ready in 6 weeks. Right on cue, Zoe, presented two options and had fully understood our requirements. We engaged Rhys and Ross from Roundtable Construction as they have a strong relationship with the Tap End. Dates agreed and the rip out and new en-suite was completed in a 2 week window. Tap End supplied high end products and Rhys and Ross completed the work to high spec and were very easy to have around. Zoe has kept in tough throughout and we would highly recommend Tap End

I had a big job to renovate my large on suit bathroom, I had an idea of what I want the end results to be.
I had explored other company but was not satisfied. I found The Tap End after an online review.
They provided very detailed and personalised designed that matched my vision. They were very helpful and knowledgable. Mark the fitter was excellent, he was diligent and most of all saved the already existing underfloor heating (other fitters have told me they were unable to do). This had saved me significant amount of money. Very satisfied and I will be useing them and Mark to do my guest bathroom.

This was a very positive experience. We wanted a good quality, modern bathroom with storage and Justine delivered that extremely well within the budget. She’s very adept at translating a client’s vision into reality, essentially giving you a few great options instead of you having to trawl through thousands of similar items on the high street. The fitters she recommended were excellent, the project was a large undertaking, and the end product is exactly what I wanted. I plan to use them again.

We had The Tap End design and fit our small, main bathroom. The design was imaginative and an excellent use of the space available, it suited our taste and was done on budget and only a couple of days over time because of product availability. The few snags there were were resolved promptly and effectively. We had one on-going issue with the toilet flush which was a design issue, nothing to do with The Tap End, but they worked with the supplier and this is now fully resolved. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Justine designed our bathrooms and we’re thoroughly pleased with the end results. Her fabulous designs for each room looked exactly as the printed version shown at the reveal appointment, of which you were emailed a copy upon payment of a deposit. It was great to actually see what the bathroom would look like on screen. Tiles, vanity units, shower enclosure, screen, radiators, taps and suggested colours of painted walls all complement each other perfectly. We didn’t have to source any other trades, as all aspects of the work was included in the price given. Would thoroughly recommend Justine, Lynda and their team at Tap End. Full communication throughout and excellent after care too. Thank you The Tap End!

I cannot rave more about this company. Not only are all 3 rooms we had done stunning designs but the service we received was outstanding. The aftercare too has been amazing. No query or concern was ever too much trouble for Justine and she dealt with any question extremely promptly. I will use them again and again!! We only regret we did not use specific bathroom fitters vs our builders as it would’ve saved significant headaches!! The girls helped us so much though!

This is the second bathroom refurbishment we have commissioned from The Tap End, which should say a lot about our confidence in the company. Everything about the process was seamless, from the initial design consultation with Daniella - who came up with a stunning design- to the completion of the project. It was reassuring to have an expert recommending tiling and fittings,for us to approve, rather than muddle through the process ourselves. Any queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Our fitter worked from the detailed design plans, drawn up by Daneilla, to deliver an outstanding result. We are as delighted with this project as we were with previous one (2023) and have no hesitation in recommending The Tap End.

I always try to use local businesses therefore when my bathroom needed an update I asked Tap End to carry out the refurbishment. Justine listened to my ideas and requirements and came up with a stunning plan. Everything needed to complete the bathroom was shown on a mood board and visuals were provided so that I could have a clear idea what the finished room would look like. The new bathroom was created whilst we were away on holiday. I was absolutely delighted with the end result especially having missed most of the upheaval.
I am so pleased with the finished bathroom I have now commissioned Tap End to redesign my shower room. Again Justine has produced a superb plan based on my ideas and needs. I look forward to the installation knowing I will be delighted with the end result once again.

Tap end did a wonderful job designing our new loft en-suite. Justine was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely use tap end again and have recommended them to friends and family!
