Excellent course in workplace mediation
All aspects of the course were well organised and delivered, from initial contact and preparation, through to the course itself and post-course follow up. The course itself was challenging and enjoyable, with a good balance of trainer input and group work. I now feel very well equipped to begin carrying out workplace mediation.

Knowledgeable tutor with lots of experience. Great participants to work with on the course.
Only down side were the facilities, the training room was a bit small and break out spaces weren't ideal, but quality of training and support was great.
