The Teacher Project has honestly given me the support and confidence to step out of my comfort zone and step into the rest of my life. Before joining, I was struggling to see where my potential could go. I’d lost sight of my love for teaching, and I wasn’t sure what opportunities were out there for me. Since joining, everything has changed. The step-by-step guides have been incredible — they make learning new skills fun and approachable. You can experiment, ask questions, and revisit the lessons as often as you need. The examples and visuals are so well thought out; they suit all types of learners and make a huge difference in understanding and applying what you learn.
The community itself is fantastic. From day one, you feel like you’ve already won just by being surrounded by people who are on the same journey. There are tough days, but the coaches and members always lift you up. My coach celebrates every success and encourages me from the sidelines — that support keeps me going.
This experience has completely changed my mindset. I’ve learned that one fall doesn’t define me. I’ve rediscovered my passion for teaching and realised that the opportunities ahead are truly endless.
I’m only at the beginning of my journey, but I’m buzzing with excitement to build a future for myself and my family. I know I can do it — and it feels amazing to finally believe that!

I was quite apprehensive at the beginning as this was a big step for me to take, but I’m so glad I did! The Teacher Project has been amazing — there’s so much support and encouragement along the way. My mentor, Nigel, has been fantastic. He’s patient, understanding, and always there with great advice and guidance. I’ve learned so much and really grown in confidence since starting. I’d definitely recommend The Teacher Project to anyone thinking about giving it a go!

I have been a classroom teacher for 20 years, and the workload/expectations have continued to increase year to year. The pay has not increased --- and it will not. It has become financially unsustainable to stay in the classroom without a significant side hustle.
I have loved the learning modules, and the support from the program from the start. The coaching, with Coach Matt has been phenomenal! He is available to problem solve and is a great cheer leader!
The program is awesome --- the modules are self-paced, and come with great supporting documents. When I ran into trouble setting up my FB profile, Coach Matt had be immediately connected to Mon in tech support and I was on my way within 25 minutes or a meeting with Mon.
I entered with very little business experience/knowledge and already feel like I am capable of setting up my own tutoring business, which is a HUGE win for me!

My start with Teacher Project has been great. I was previously part of the OTU community and have now taken the step into SOD. Kent and Nigel have been a huge help so far, and I was able to publish my first ad in no time. Thanks guys!
It’s been a great start, and I’m excited for what’s ahead — especially to connect with the other coaches and learn from their experience along the way as well!

What I’ve appreciated most about working with The Teacher Project over the last 2+ years is the excellent coaching and genuine support they provide. They are incredibly responsive and always willing to work with us—not just when things are going smoothly, but also through the rough times. That kind of consistency and care is rare, and it has made a huge difference for me personally.
The coaching has helped me grow in confidence despite my lack of business experience, and given me practical strategies I can actually apply. I always feel heard and supported, and it’s clear that their team is truly invested in helping teachers succeed.
I’m so grateful to be part of The Teacher Project community and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for meaningful, ongoing support in their quest to move from teaching in person to developing an online tutoring business.

Before joining The Teacher Project, I wrestled with focus, attention, and organization—issues intensified after my liver transplant. I wasn’t the ideal client: I skipped calls, dodged the hard parts, and spent too long fighting my own limits. My wife asked, “Why stick with a program that hasn’t made you money?” My answer then—and now—is simple: the only thing in my way was me.
The community never gave up while I figured that out. Many teachers see revenue within 30–60 days. I didn’t, because I avoided the tougher pieces of the program and was inconsistent about showing up and doing the work.
BUT
Elliot, Ollie, and the entire Teacher Project team bent over backwards to tailor the program to my needs. They didn’t treat me like an exception—they treated me like a person. They were patient when I missed coaching calls, creative when traditional tactics didn’t fit, and relentless in finding workarounds that actually worked. That flexibility wasn’t lip service; it was a lifeline.
Even on the weeks I felt like I was failing, the community—teachers and coaches alike—showed up with kindness and accountability. I’ve taught in schools and even served as a Head of School, and I feel more connected here than I did in many of those buildings. This place blends empathy with standards: people root for you and still expect you to do the work.
• Ollie — our “Mad Men” sales pro: savvy, direct, practical.
• Kyle — the community’s Pied Piper; connects daily actions to long-term goals.
• Doulton — our “Tina Fey”: coach, mentor, curriculum maven, problem-solver; funny, ultra-efficient, and running her own business alongside coaching—universally respected.
• Elliot — our “Yoda”: founder and master teacher who built a truly teacher-friendly program; his counsel is always spot-on.
Elliot is not 900 years old like Yoda was (Star Wars fans know this fact!). Elliot is a young guy who has incredible energy and a clear vision. Just like Yoda, he is accessible and easy to talk to. He possesses a rare mix: expertise without ego, strategy without rigidity.
His entire team brings unusual patience and creativity, constantly adapting strategies beyond the one-size-fits-all playbook. They are all authentic and genuine.
Despite all of my challenges, I can share with confidence the following accomplishments
1) Three consecutive months at $10K in revenue—after a long stretch of getting in my own way.
2) True acceptance of my ADHD-related limitations, and a set of repeatable workarounds that keep me moving.
3) Resilience: I can push harder and bounce back faster because I trust the process—and the people.
4) Sharper teaching: I’m more innovative and effective with students because I want to be the best.
5) Stronger tech chops and, more importantly, a clear sense of how to leverage AI to personalize learning.
6) More confidence and more family time—the ultimate scoreboard for me.
Yes, the revenue finally arrived—three straight $10K months. But the real win is agency. I know how I work, what supports I need, and how to keep going when I wobble. I stopped trying to be the “ideal client” and started being an honest one. The Teacher Project met me there and walked with me forward.
If you ask my wife, my next goal should be to “make even more money.” For me, it’s a little different: I want enough income to buy back more time—for my family, friends, and the dreams that don’t fit neatly on a spreadsheet. I love my work. And, life is short. The Teacher Project gave me a path where both can coexist.
Like any fast-growing program, The Teacher Project has a few edges to polish—call them “growing pains.” Until recently my top request was a neurodiversity-friendly track—shorter modules and videos, visual checklists, and step-by-step actions.
On Oct 1, 2025, they rolled out exactly that, with feedback built into each stage—a game changer for me. With members worldwide, expanding time-zone-friendly coaching windows and adding more asynchronous accountability sprints would further help those who miss live calls. None of this is a dealbreaker; this team iterates fast, and these tweaks would make an already strong program even more accessible and effective.
If you’re a real teacher who wants real results—and you’re willing to be honest about your gaps—The Teacher Project is the rare program that will meet you where you are and help you get where you’re going. I’m proof. I wasn’t the ideal client. I didn’t always show up. And I still made it—because they refused to let me fail alone.

Before I started working within the teachers project I wasn’t getting any success within tutoring as I was struggling to get students. I did not know how to market my tutoring service online so I was very limited. I came across the teachers project and had a lot of doubts and was scared I had wasted a lot of money by investing into it. However, I am 6 weeks into the program and I am very surprised about the turnout and my doubts have completely left me.
What has helped me the most since working within the teachers project is the office hours that are available to attend everyday where I can access help from one of the coaches whenever I come across hurdles within my journey. Other things that have also helped me a lot are the structure, foundations, materials and guidance they have provided. All the materials they provide have already been tested and proven to work, allowing me to attract a large audience very easily. The structure provided has taken a lot of worry away from me as the plan and steps within my business have already been laid out. Through being taught things like automating emails and tracking ads everything becomes a lot more simplified so I have a lot more time saved to focus on scaling my business.
Being able to learn insights from the expertise of the coaches has been amazing. The best thing about being part of a community within the teachers project is you grow together and learn about other people’s wins which helps to give you hope and a drive towards success.
The wins that I have had so far are being able to launch and test ads. I have learnt many sales skills and was able to get my first student very early on in the program.
Looking into the future, I am most excited about attracting more students and starting my online lessons within the next 2 weeks despite having no previous teaching experience. I also look forward to taking more sales calls, speaking to more parents and coaching students within maths so they can reach their best potential.

WOW! I am BEYOND thrilled with my experience with The Teacher Project. I would highly recommend it. I am so grateful I found this program. The best part? The 1 on 1 weekly coaching call. It's incredible. My coach, Zach, helped me stay on track and encouraged me to soar. I am so glad I took the plunge.

I have been with The Teacher Project for a few weeks now and the support that has been given by all the coaches is fantastic. Step by step Curriculum, advertising support, online calls, momentum training and question sessions with different coaches with lots of knowlede of business, sales and advertising. Spoken to Elliot a few times and he has given me some really useful advice on my adverts. My coach, Nigel is brilliant, he is easy to talk to and will give you all the time you need and supports you to succeed. I have just launched my first set of ads! (a few weeks ago I had no clue about advertising, what Meta was or how to use instagram?) Now, I am excited to see what the future holds... The Skool community makes you feel that you are not alone in this journey.

I’ve been with The Teacher Project for 3 years now, and in that time I’ve built a business that (mostly) runs itself and has surpassed my teaching income. With their support and guidance, I’ve been able to achieve multiple £10k months, work with hundreds of students, and teach in the way I know best—without the micromanagement of a school setting.
Over the last year, I’ve earned over £100k (before expenses), and I’m so grateful for the time, encouragement, and guidance I’ve received. It hasn’t always been easy—there have been long hours, moments of doubt, and even tears—but overall my life is in a much better place than it was just a few years ago.
A special thank you to my coach, Nigel, who has been there every step of the way.

I have just come to my last day of the teacher project and I have gone from ground zero to building a small business with around 20 pupils in 4 classes. The journey has been excellent and the coaching was great. For anyone thinking about it - research your subject and see if there is a market for it (if your subject is Niche like mine was); if there is - go for it! Special thanks to my awesome coach Nigel; he's been fantastic and anyone would be lucky to have him.

I built a six-figure tutoring business from scratch in just one year with The Teacher Project. The guidance is clear and practical—I was told exactly what to do, step by step, and never felt lost. My coach, Nigel, has been incredible: smart, insightful, and truly invested in my success. What sets The Teacher Project apart is that the people behind it are tutors themselves who’ve built their own businesses, so the advice comes from real-world experience, not theory. The support, the community, and the fun along the way made all the difference. If you want a proven roadmap from people who’ve actually done it, this is it. Five stars.

I had been speaking with The Teacher Project for about 18 months before I decided to investvest in me!
That is my main review point: In my discussions with Lex, the powerful choices I could make were lifechanging! I have been given all the tools and information to help me set myself self up for the rest of my life! Nigel has been an outstanding Coach, helping me to feel secure in my progress! The online support is second to none!
You enter the programme, and you are introduced to a whole new world - this is not the classroom anymore! I have learned how to set up my business so all the time I invest is in me - and after 21 years in the Schools and 30 years in business, it feels really good!
Do something special today: Invest in YOU!
The Teacher Project is an amazing group of people!

I have waited my entire career for a program like the Teacher Project! A space where I could be among fellow educators to strategize how to turn my passion to teach into profit. My coach has opened my eyes to the power of marketing in this space and how to communicate what services and value I add to my students.

I’ve had such a great experience with this program so far! The community inside the Skool platform is encouraging and supportive; there’s always someone to learn from and grow with.
My coach, Rob, has been absolutely amazing. He’s supportive, motivating, and truly cares about helping me move forward with confidence. Having that one-on-one guidance has made all the difference.
I accidentally locked myself out of my account, and the support team resolved it quickly and professionally. I also value that all meetings are recorded and available to watch later. Even when I’m unable to attend live, I can still submit items for feedback and receive real-time support. This level of flexibility and responsiveness makes the program both reliable and incredibly valuable.
Overall, the customer service from the entire team has been excellent. I feel valued, supported, and like I’m getting so much more than I expected.
They have delivered on everything they advertise, and then some. If you’re thinking about it, it’s time to get started. This could truly change your life.

When I first began with The Teacher Project, I was honestly pretty overwhelmed. But with my coach continuing to support and give me encouragement to persevere, I am very comfortable and encouraged about my future business. I love working with my coach, Zach, and always enjoy the meetings I have with him. I can’t wait to see how far this business is going to grow and I know with the support that I’ve received from The Teacher Project materials and the coaches it’s going to be great!!

100% recommended!! I have just celebrated my 1st year anniversary with The Teacher Project. It has taken hard work and commitment, but I now have a viable business and have left the classroom!!
This is not a 'get rich quick' scheme or an easy way out for people who want to teach but can't... Only join if you are passionate about your subject and want to enjoy a revolutionary way of being in complete control of your own teaching career.
The continued support from the coaches and entire community within TTP has been worth every penny. I am now my own boss. I don't have OFSTED telling me what I should be getting excited about and how I should teach every student identical lessons. I work to a schedule that suits me and don't have to beg for cover for a day off for a family funeral or work a 12-hour day with no break because of compulsory lunch duty followed by a parents' evening!
I can't recommend these guys enough. The Teacher Project is a total game-changer.

A company run by teachers, teaching teachers how to be business owners? As a teacher I knew how desperately I wanted to exit the classroom, and how desperately I didn't have the necessary business skills to do it.
Teacher Project is a teacher's paradise for learning; solid, detailed curriculum, 1-1 coaching, group coaching calls, tech support, online community.
I love being a student again and learning from master teachers how to do things I NEVER thought I could do!
For every step, Coach Nigel has been available and engaged -- advising, cheering, directing. In only six weeks, I'm advertising, following up on leads, making sales calls. There's no sitting on your hands; it's all about moving forward, getting it done and seeing progress.
Every TP person is an expert because they've learned it -- and they want you to learn it to. From advertising expert Ollie, to the kindest tech support from Mon and Atique--they share generously and graciously.
It's not a gimmicky (at all!) or high-pressured. Neither is it easy or for the faint of heart. But if you're a teacher who loves to learn, in an environment designed for optimal outcomes, from people who believe in and honor your passion and work, this investment is worth it.
Although I'm still working on building my first group of students, I couldn't be more confident that it's going to happen and everyone at TP is committed to helping me.
I waited a long time for a company like Teacher Project; I'm glad I didn't settle for something ordinary.

I’ve been teaching for over 25 years and felt ready for a new challenge. I had no background in sales or marketing and honestly didn’t know how to present the skills I knew I had. The Teacher Project community has been incredible - there’s always someone ready to answer questions and lift you up when things feel tough.
The coaching calls with Matt Aldous haven’t always been easy (no one likes hearing that their approach isn’t perfect), but they’ve been invaluable - always constructive, always necessary. Even though it’s still early days for me, we've built a trusting relationship and I’ve already surprised myself by reaching out to people in ways I never thought I could. I'm even learning how to use a CRM.
I’m genuinely excited to get the business properly launched. With just a handful of taster sessions delivered so far, I already feel I’ve planted the seed of something special. None of this would have been possible without the support and guidance of The Teacher Project.

When I first joined The Teacher Project, I had 0 students and just an idea of what I wanted to build. In only a year, with their support, strategies, and encouragement, I’ve grown Inspired Minds Learning into a six-figure tutoring business!
The Teacher Project gave me the roadmap, the accountability, and the confidence to take each step, from finding my very first student to creating a thriving programme that now impacts so many children and families.
If you’re a teacher or tutor wondering if you can really make this work, I promise you can. The Teacher Project has been a game changer for me, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
