The Teacher Project has honestly given me the support and confidence to step out of my comfort zone and step into the rest of my life. Before joining, I was struggling to see where my potential could go. I’d lost sight of my love for teaching, and I wasn’t sure what opportunities were out there for me. Since joining, everything has changed. The step-by-step guides have been incredible — they make learning new skills fun and approachable. You can experiment, ask questions, and revisit the lessons as often as you need. The examples and visuals are so well thought out; they suit all types of learners and make a huge difference in understanding and applying what you learn.
The community itself is fantastic. From day one, you feel like you’ve already won just by being surrounded by people who are on the same journey. There are tough days, but the coaches and members always lift you up. My coach celebrates every success and encourages me from the sidelines — that support keeps me going.
This experience has completely changed my mindset. I’ve learned that one fall doesn’t define me. I’ve rediscovered my passion for teaching and realised that the opportunities ahead are truly endless.
I’m only at the beginning of my journey, but I’m buzzing with excitement to build a future for myself and my family. I know I can do it — and it feels amazing to finally believe that!

I have been a classroom teacher for 20 years, and the workload/expectations have continued to increase year to year. The pay has not increased --- and it will not. It has become financially unsustainable to stay in the classroom without a significant side hustle.

I have loved the learning modules, and the support from the program from the start. The coaching, with Coach Matt has been phenomenal! He is available to problem solve and is a great cheer leader!

Elliot is not 900 years old like Yoda was (Star Wars fans know this fact!). Elliot is a young guy who has incredible energy and a clear vision. Just like Yoda, he is accessible and easy to talk to. He possesses a rare mix: expertise without ego, strategy without rigidity.

Despite all of my challenges, I can share with confidence the following accomplishments

2) True acceptance of my ADHD-related limitations, and a set of repeatable workarounds that keep me moving.
3) Resilience: I can push harder and bounce back faster because I trust the process—and the people.
4) Sharper teaching: I’m more innovative and effective with students because I want to be the best.
5) Stronger tech chops and, more importantly, a clear sense of how to leverage AI to personalize learning.
6) More confidence and more family time—the ultimate scoreboard for me.

Yes, the revenue finally arrived—three straight $10K months. But the real win is agency. I know how I work, what supports I need, and how to keep going when I wobble. I stopped trying to be the “ideal client” and started being an honest one. The Teacher Project met me there and walked with me forward.

If you ask my wife, my next goal should be to “make even more money.” For me, it’s a little different: I want enough income to buy back more time—for my family, friends, and the dreams that don’t fit neatly on a spreadsheet. I love my work. And, life is short. The Teacher Project gave me a path where both can coexist.

Like any fast-growing program, The Teacher Project has a few edges to polish—call them “growing pains.” Until recently my top request was a neurodiversity-friendly track—shorter modules and videos, visual checklists, and step-by-step actions.

On Oct 1, 2025, they rolled out exactly that, with feedback built into each stage—a game changer for me. With members worldwide, expanding time-zone-friendly coaching windows and adding more asynchronous accountability sprints would further help those who miss live calls. None of this is a dealbreaker; this team iterates fast, and these tweaks would make an already strong program even more accessible and effective.

I’m proof. I wasn’t the ideal client. I didn’t always show up. And I still made it—because they refused to let me fail alone.

Before I started working within the teachers project I wasn’t getting any success within tutoring as I was struggling to get students. I did not know how to market my tutoring service online so I was very limited. I came across the teachers project and had a lot of doubts and was scared I had wasted a lot of money by investing into it. However, I am 6 weeks into the program and I am very surprised about the turnout and my doubts have completely left me.

What has helped me the most since working within the teachers project is the office hours that are available to attend everyday where I can access help from one of the coaches whenever I come across hurdles within my journey. Other things that have also helped me a lot are the structure, foundations, materials and guidance they have provided. All the materials they provide have already been tested and proven to work, allowing me to attract a large audience very easily. The structure provided has taken a lot of worry away from me as the plan and steps within my business have already been laid out. Through being taught things like automating emails and tracking ads everything becomes a lot more simplified so I have a lot more time saved to focus on scaling my business.

Being able to learn insights from the expertise of the coaches has been amazing. The best thing about being part of a community within the teachers project is you grow together and learn about other people’s wins which helps to give you hope and a drive towards success.

The wins that I have had so far are being able to launch and test ads. I have learnt many sales skills and was able to get my first student very early on in the program.

Looking into the future, I am most excited about attracting more students and starting my online lessons within the next 2 weeks despite having no previous teaching experience. I also look forward to taking more sales calls, speaking to more parents and coaching students within maths so they can reach their best potential.

The continued support from the coaches and entire community within TTP has been worth every penny. I am now my own boss. I don't have OFSTED telling me what I should be getting excited about and how I should teach every student identical lessons.
