Mary Grey and Other Lovely Teas
I ordered Mary Grey Tea, which I hadn’t tried before. It came in a lovely black tin. The tea is delicious. I also ordered Margaret’s Hope Darjeeling as a refill. I was sent two complimentary packets of House Darjeeling, which was a nice bonus. All were beautiful loose leaf teas from an excellent company.

The tea and price is good
The tea is good, but there are problems with delivery and they forget to put in “complementary bags”.
I placed an order for £47, (with a minimum order of £25 for a gift). My wife had the same thing 1 month ago.

Excellent tea but one star dropped…
Excellent tea but one star dropped because my free sample was not included in my package. Even though the order stated that a free sample will be included in your order, it was not. When I wrote to Customer Services I was told that I had to add this to my order. I don't understand this if your order states that a free sample will be added to your order.
