Should have read the reviews before I made a purchase. Bought a mask in October and never received it. No email replies back and the website no longer exists. I'll be filing a claim with my bank.
Order from this website on 6th October, now the new year, no response from merchant, no items recieved and no way of getting my money back!

Absolute rip off. The company showed an address in Wyoming. Not artist created like they claimed. Cheap costume and mask from China not Wyoming or anywhere in the United States. Found the same exact Art the Clown costume and mask on Temu. Could not get any response when trying to return and finally turned it in to my credit card company to get my money back. Total fraud!
Ordered a mask on the 6th of October. No updates came and I missed getting this for Halloween. Fair enough I thought, I ordered in what would be their busiest month. I'll wait til November
I reached out on the 5th November for an update and to cancel my order if no progress. No response. Feeling as needy as a teenager left on "read". I tried again on the 9th. No response. Then again today (17th November). Shock to everyone, no response.
After some digging I've found that this company was listed under a different name last year. HorrorFX another company that scammed a lot of people. If people did receive the product it was a poor quality mask shipped from china. Not the mask designed by VFX artists in America as advertised
The customer service is non existent from what I've experienced. The odd person that does get through, gets responded to by an angry little man who needs to send abusive emails to feel better about his undersized throbbin williams
