I will never buy from them ever again no delivery no service and in out a lot off money they said they had delivered my products but I didn’t receive any. I’m very disappointed and frustrated.don’t buy anything from them there known by veto or discount tobacconist on facebook

Purchased a carton of 20 pack cigarettes - Manchester cigarettes - to find the cigarettes were faulty, improperly packed, compromised.
As a long time customer of this product, needless to say - Extremely Unimpressed!
Please advise how I we can rectify this fault directly, or do I simply escalate this complaint about said product, & the company itself, instead?

It was a reliable and economical source of black market tobacco until May when it was raided and shut down. The government has confiscated all their money and assets and don't send refunds to those encouraging crime.

sent order and made payment 5/5/24, website down and never recieved the package

Placed an order & paid on 12th May. Received an email saying had been dispatched & would receive another email with tracking #. Tracking email never arrived & the website was down & emails were undeliverable. I'd like to know what is going on.

Paid for order and didn't receive confirmation email like normal and realised website is down. No response and emails bounce back. Very disappointing as have been dealing with them successfully for a long time. Should refund payment or send order.

Paid over a week ago and never received no emails or my order. Shame! Atleast give us our money back 😡. My friend recommended i go to the corner store au so I guess that's where I'll be buying my baccy from now

Paid 70 bucks last week. Website down. Emails bouncing back. At least give us all our money back for gods sake.

Put in an order and paid immediately over a week ago. It would appear they have gone bust and not honoured the payments made. Emails have bounced, website is down. Wouldn't have an issue with that if they just paid the money back. :(

Seem to be having problem as everyone. Paid for a order still haven't got it normally takes 3 days been 5 days. Haven't even got the normal tracking details

Have never had a problem .Service has always been 100% Have just emailed them to try and find out if they have gone out of business

Order placed and paid, now no response on 11 May. Looks like $390 is gone. No website online, email not answered. Disappointing as they were providing a great and timely service.

I think this store has shut down, the website is down or gone was looking to buy more from them but no response so far

I was a bit dubious initially however I didn’t need to be concerned.
Professional company right from the first order.
Excellent communication & fast delivery.
The person responding to enquiries & orders is very friendly & helpful.
I’ve now ordered multiple times since November without any problems.
Don’t be concerned, just do it & save yourself some hassles & money.
