Haven't received my goods, since 2.5 months ago order. How is this company still around?? They are crooks. It looks like everyone has the same issue with them, but shouldn't there be any consequences for them?

As with other reviews, I have still not received my item after 6 months, emails get ignored. Do not trust or waste your money

I just received a mystery box from The Top Trends and it's amazing for £10! I used a code for a free solid perfume and received 4 instead of 1! It's my second order with this company and I'm very happy.

Nothing but THEIVES!! STEALING peoples money out of there accounts. DISGUSTING customer service good luck trying to get a reply.
Please DONT give them the time of day as it takes 6 months to get a reply thats not helpful. NOT RECEIVED any items but have had MONEY TAKEN from my account basically STOLEN!!!

I ordered a smart watch March 2018 and guess what recieved today 9th Sept 2021.

I sent them a message to say thanks for the order and asked them a question. Would the warranty still be valid?

you will either lose your money or have to wait forever for your products.

I ordered a tracker from them. Never received it. They replied to first email saying delay was due to port congestion. Ignored further emails. Will now attempt to recover my money from credit card company via chargeback scheme. Please avoid at all costs. They are a scam and should be closed down by trading standards.

Didn't even want to give a 1 star but couldn't give nothing! Avoid this company at all costs, as previous people have reported, they take your money, but you receive nothing, not even a refund, and you are then completely ignored. Should be closed down!

Worst company ever, AVOID at all costs, takes your money, never receive items, dont give refunds emailed over 10 times had 2 emails back saying the exact same thing, definitely learnt my lesson will never order from them again. Wish I could give zero stars as thats what they deserve

Worst company ever. Cancelled the item within 30mins of purchase and they said it is already shipped. Then after 3 months and many emails I still don’t have the item or my money back. Worst company ever

Terrible service. It's been more than 3 months and my order hasn't arrived yet. I contacted them and they replied it should arrive within a few days. After 2 weeks I'm still waiting.

I purchased something that should have taken 8-10 weeks. I contacted the company twice. I have contacted them again asking for a refund as it has been 14 weeks and they are now just ignoring my emails. Terrible company will never deal with again. Can't give 0 stars

SCAM DO NOT USE. WONT SEND ITEMS, WONT ANSWER EMAILS, WONT GIVE REFUNDS.

Do not waist your time. Ordered on 17/03/21 still not delivered. Asked proof of postage or tracking Nr. but did not get any answer. Had to contact my bank to get money back.

Very poor Customer Service. Rude, unprofessional and argumentative. Didn't give me their proper address so now claim not to have received any of my returns and therefore no refund!
Overpriced goods found FAR cheaper on popular auction sites.

Sadly agree with the other reviews on here. They are a scam company who take your money ut never send any product us ignore all correspondence. Shop here and you WILL lose your money. You have been warned!

I ordered a watch from this company which when I ordered my door number wasn't on the order. I emailed them within minutes to correct the order which was fine because the order wasn't going to be sent to 8 to 10 weeks.
But I have now been told the item as been sent and which I won't be getting the item as there is no door number and I won't be getting a refund because it's my thought
This is disgusting behaviour how many other people's money have they took
