Cannot fault the Customer Service we received when our car was in for repair.
The whole process was handled very efficiently from picking up our car and delivering a courtesy car to the actual repair.
All the staff were lovely and kept us informed of the progress and the car was immaculate when we picked it up.
My review is from hitting a deer a few years ago. Damage was front bumper, shroud, driver side fender and headlight and grill. The vehicle is a Toyota t100.
Scott assured me he would take care of me and deal with the insurance company. I had four estimates and the insurance company was giving me less than half. Scott said he would renegotiate and it happens with almost every vehicle. He stated repairs would take about 8 days. Well, 52 days later, I got a call and was told to pick up my truck. I had a new headlight and fender. They had bought a used and damaged front bumper and shroud and reused a broken grill, that wasn’t attached correctly. The paint job was bad. A lot of debris in the paint. After I had a fit, Scott said he did what he could with what money was available. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this shop. As a person who had his own company, I know your work is your reputation and calling card. I know this work was inferior and and after 52 days, I was treated like I was bothering the shop. Do not use this business.
This is the best shop in the Joplin area as far as I'm concerned. Very friendly and family oriented, and they kept us posted on their progress and worked flawlessly with our insurance. My family will use them every time there's an auto body repair need.
