I wanted to share my experience with The Trading Cafe (Free) and into The Trading Academy (Paid). Spoiler Alert; it's been fantastic.

I started the same way most people do — searching around, looking at different groups, trying to figure out what was actually legit.

I picked up The Trading Cafe ebook first, then moved into their paid Quick Win program which is The Trading Academy. I did the Quick Win over Christmas/New Year (which I think is changing soon - or has changed).

During that stage you get an advisor, which helped a lot. I got through it and learned more than I expected, so I kept going.

From there, I moved into the next level (their “Legacy” program). It costs more, yes. But it opens up everything — all courses, instructors, live sessions, and actual live trading environments.

For context, before TTA I looked at 7–8 different options. Some in Australia, some overseas. Some from YouTube, some from instagram ads. Even tried a couple of trials.

A lot were decent focusing on different strategies. But The Trading Academy is where I got the most out of my learning, and where things actually started to click.

This isn’t fast or easy. There’s work involved. And you have to do the work. You’re submitting projects.

I’ve personally done well over 300+ backtested trades as part of the process. You can see other students’ work too, which helps. There are also a lot of live sessions every week — honestly more than I can attend.

Right now I’ve moved into demo trading a live account. That’s where all the learning starts to feel real.

One thing I respect is they slow you down on purpose. It’s not just strategy — it’s unlearning bad habits and dealing with the emotional side of trading as well. That part matters more than people think.

If you’re tired of jumping between random YouTube videos and want something structured (like I did), with accountability, this is a solid option.

I’ve seen some other reviews. My take is pretty simple — this isn’t a casual environment - it's a learning environment. People are there to actually improve. There’s a standard, and it’s maintained.

It’s not about complaining or cutting corners. It’s about you doing the work—for you.

Overall, it’s been a very positive experience for me. Good instructors, good structure, and a community that actually takes it as seriously as I do.

What a book so far. Simple to understand. Extremely informative. Seems honest and fair. Its filled many much needed to be filled gaps. It's very exciting and something im hoping will accelerate my learning. I'm learning in every way I can, currently from multiple credible sources. This is certainly seeming to be one of them thus far.

the amount of information in the cafe is incredible, your advisor is right there for you if you need anything and they make the site easy to navigate.

The Trading Cafe has been wonderful. I am learning so much about myself as a trader and how to implement that knowledge of self into a profitable trading strategy. The Quick Win program is a great snapshot of the program at large. I ended up signing up for the Legacy Program and so far, it has over delivered on their promise. I am recommending this program to anyone who is tired of the false teachers who promise "secret, profitable indicators" or easy strategies. Consistent, profitable trading isn't easy. It's about dedication and commitment to structured, disciplined trading strategies with understanding of the overall markets.

I’m just about a third through the book and really enjoy it, lot of mind psychology behind trading. As a novice to trading myself would love to share my knowledge one day. I still have a very long road ahead but hopefully persistency and commitment will pay off

Starting out as a more long term investor, I decided to try to move in to more of a trading strategy. With very mixed outcomes at the start I came across the Trading Cafe quite early on in my journey, which was incredibly fortunate. I never knew that I needed a coherent, focussed strategy that the Academy offers until I joined the Cafe and then the Academy. I'm still on my learning journey, but the best decision I have ever made! There is nothing else like this out there.

If you want to learn how to trade properly, this is the place to go. I like the structured learning that was delivered. Also if you have questions you can actually asked the instructors in the sessions or can leave questions for instructor to answer later. The instructors are very experienced here in the Cafe/ Academy. Proven and tested strategies are used in teaching their students. Highly recomended

This place is brilliant, when starting out trading it can be hard with all the noise from scammers and social media conmen. Here the teach you the concept of proven trading strategies for free…… lots of resources you can learn from but overall it’s about practise practise practise the strategies. Loads of videos to learn from and the community is very friendly, supportive too as they have been or are in the same position.

What an incredible team! This company genuinely cares about its members. I was lucky enough to join the Quick Win program, and I’m so glad I did—I learned a tremendous amount. What impresses me most is how generously they share valuable content: in-depth videos, resources, and information, all completely free. The Trading Cafe has the most value for people who want to learn how to trade the right way. The instructors, students, and support team are dedicated to helping you succeed, making you feel valued and supported. This is not to say that you will learn the strategies right away, but rather that you will learn them the right way, which will last and be applied to real trading.

Excellent support, in-depth education and high quality financial and life advice to help lay the foundations for a solid trading journey.

The absolute best Learning to Trade option,

Within my trading journey I only had few other experiences so far, which were not even too bad by the way, but this is way better because the most important value at Trading Cafe' is teaching methods that work and will become profitable, immediately.

The programs are structured, from scratch to proficiency, taught and followed by professional traders daily, great teaching infrastructure, fantastic admin team (functional customer care).

All at a fraction of the costs compared to anyone else out there

You can't get this quality of trading education anywhere else ... This is an excellent, market leading and disruptive organisation leading the pack in a sea of misinformation and mediocrity ... If you want to learn how to do this the right way, then you are in the right place.

So it's been a week and in that week I have learned soooo much. I start the actual academy tomorrow and I'm super excited. I have nothing but great things to say about The Trading Cafe. Trading is not new to me. I've been trading now for a few years but have been inconsistent. I'm very confident that I will gain the knowledge that will put me over the edge to become a consistent trader. Everyone that I have met so far has been very helpful. I've already recommended Trading Cafe to a couple others that I know are interested in trading.

Really enjoying the trading cafe and the Six figures from scratch book. So much free information. If your looking to learn how to trade properly, then I recommend this is the place to come and learn first.

If I had questions I got the answers needed and the learning platform is A+. I love the idea that I had the time to evaluate the platform to make my decision on furthering my education.
