I was in contact numerous times with Expedia about my flights via Dubai. Was fobbed off without any info when I know for a fact that my airline had cancelled all flights + were offering refunds.
Ross from Travel Suite/ Tour America was so helpful in finding out information to help me solve my issue. Couldn't have been more helpful.
Proves the point of booking via a travel agent rather than a website. If you have any issues a person can sort it rather than a bot.

I found the travel suite very helpful and knowledgeable in helping my plan my honeymoon. Jasmine was very responsive to my emails and gave me all of the information I needed, the resort they recommended was fabulous and I will certainly use them again in the future.

My first time using The Travel Suite, and Sandra was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has huge knowledge on so many different countries, transports, hotels, local trips to avail of etc. She made booking our holiday to Greece seemless and hassfree. I will definitely be seeking Sandra's services for all my future holidays.

Two couples travelling on our first cruise. We had the most excellent time, this was due to the fact that the Travel Suite Team ( Sandra Mooney ) brought us through it step by step. Every detail, from booking to end of cruise. It was seamless. We have booked another one for next year with the Travel Suite and intend to use them for all future holidays.

Cruise was amazing and I felt great value for money. As explained to Lorraine pre cruise I beleive that the pre cruise experience was not helpful. No information passed on re app, accessing booking online booking excursions was last minute and availability was limited as a result. Simple things like make sure to bring a laynard for room key would have helped a lot. Great support when i got it.

Unforgettable experience in Las Vegas, amazing things to do and see all organised by Niamh which we are very grateful for, as it was our first time in the USA Niamh was more than helpful, went to see U2 in the sphere which was just incredible followed by a helicopter trip to the grand canyon and shows in Vegas, outstanding week

A very memorable holiday recently to Madrid and Valencia. Sandra and colleagues from The Travel Suite booked everything for this 2 centre holiday, Flights, Hotels, and Train tickets. Nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above to ensure a perfect anniversary celebration. Thank you.

I recently returned from my holiday that we booked through the travel suite. We had an amazing cruise and Sandra our travel specialists was excellent. This was our family's first cruise and the attention and thoughtfulness from the girls in The Travel Suite ensured this was a holiday of a lifetime. They talked us through everything we needed to know beforehand and advised us on the best package to suit our family. I can't recommend highly enough.

We had a pretty complex family itinerary. The Guys proactively reviewed all legs of our trip before departure and changed one of our accomodations due to some poor reviews. They also checked in with us during the itinerary to ensure all was going to plan so we felt supported all the way.

The Travel Suite is the best holiday company we have ever encountered. Lorraine and Mary and their team made us feel special from start to finish. Visiting The Travel Suite offices is a pleasure in itself and Lorraine showed us so clearly on screen how our holiday would look and alerted us to the easiest and best way to make the most of our Celebrity Cruise to the Norwegian Fjords. No stone was left unturned to make our holiday as unique and special as possible and it was bespoke to us. I would only travel with The Travel Suite in future.

Caroline is the most attentive travel agent we have ever worked with. We've booked all our cruises with her & even during the tricky pandemic times, cruise changes, dates & ships, various cancellations she steered everything from flight changes, transfers & getting us to our much needed breaks. Every single question, cabin related, packages, meals, ports of call - Caroline replies them all with kindness & massive attention to detail. We've a trip coming up in August & we're looking forward to a smooth sailing & a much needed break, thanks to her.
