Website was extremely easy to use, these guys clearly take care in their work, order arrived with loads of protection for the items inside, gave them a call for an update on the order and the chap on the phone was very friendly and informative. Order not delivered on time. The award giving was on 20/04/24. Still not got them

The trophies took two weeks to arrive (18th April) from day of ordering 4th April. Which meant they were too late for what needed for. I did request at same time as ordering if they could be ready for 11 April. The website says 2-3 days they will be ready to dispatch (not the 5-7 days that the man quoted to me on the phone when I phoned on 11 April to ask where they were? Royal mail says they didn t receive the order until 16th April. They were very quick to post to me. Which meant Trophy Store had the order for more than 2-3 days, and yes you could have possibly cancelled my order on 11th when I phoned up, instead you said it was too late. Or at the very least when I e mailed on 4th April to ask for delivery on 11 April you could have replied and told me it was not possible. And you did confirm you had received the e mail. So 1 star for the nice unbroken trophy which arrived albeit too late and therefore useless but I won t order from you again, as I thought your customer service attitude on the phone was a bit off as well. I'll stick to my other tried and tested trophy stores instead of trying to share my orders around the different suppliers. A lesson learned.

Excellent service and a great product as always

Ordered a trophy for a School competition with engraving. Arrived promptly (2 days after ordering) and the engraving is excellent. As it was fairly cheap for the trophy I was expecting it to be flimsy, small and cheap looking but it is not, it is of a decent standard and quality.
Really pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend. Thank you

The medals took a while to come. You don’t get to see the end product so you can’t check whether the customisation will look okay. The customisation was just a sticker stuck on the medal which looks really cheap and is poor quality for colour.
