I would give no stars if I could, disgusting scam company!
I received my shoes, they were nothing like they were advertised, cheap and nasty and about 2 sizes too small.
After about 50 emails requesting a refund, or to exchange so at least I could wear them, I got a few emails saying they would refund, when I kept asking they just ignored me and I never heard from them again.
I gave up so disgusted after a few months, do NOT buy anything from this scam company!

I finally received my 2 pairs of shoes. I was so disappointed. The quality is cheap, no support in the soles and they ARE NOT SKETCHERS!!!

They do not have any name on the shoes...and the material is hard and made a sore on my heal...CHINA SPECIAL...

The shoes were priced at $69.00 originally...NOT TRUE. They were half off and I got two pair. Now I have NO WINTER SANDALS.

I want my money back.....
These shoes need to be sent back to China. I will never buy another product from you again and will tell my friends about your company.

Cheap & nasty, nothing like reputable brand Skechers.

I would give a zero if I could. The shoes are at least two sizes too small. Don’t even fit my toes. No response and will not refund or exchange. DON’T spend money here. You’ll lose it

Complete disgrace. Have been trying to return something for months now. All calls and emails have been ignored. Website has disappeared. So I assumed the company had been wound up. But today they have sent a marketing mail out for 10% discount before end of the day.
A total scam. Do not trust them.

A complete nightmare and non-existent customer service; at 36 weeks pregnant I have been waiting over a month for a product which I haven’t had an update on, but which I have paid for. There is no number to call, and only two email addresses which I have now emailed multiple times. The automatic response tells me I will get a reply in 3 to 5 days, however no one has responded.
This is taking up a disproportionate amount of headspace, and is extremely poor service. I actually thought the website was a hoax but apparently it is a verified company? Also no reply from Facebook and I am at a loss at what to do because they have my money and have not sent me the product or any update

BRILLIANT COMPANY, I can honestly say that I have received absolutely the best customer service from this company, they couldn't of done more. They are so quick, efficient and friendly but more importantly they do exactly what they say they will and you can really trust them......Excellent, couldn't be more impressed well done Josh

There’s was a fault on one the marble coasters I purchased from Trouvailles and with out hesitation they sent me a new set of 4 and let me keep the previous ones.
Really appreciate it.

This company offers first class customer service. I had an issue with a purchase and they were determined to resolve my problem and make sure I was happy with the situation. I've since placed another order with them. Impossible to praise highly enough! Highly recommended.

Bought some beautiful double walled mugs from here. I noticed an issue with one of them a few weeks later and Trouvailles replaced it with no issues. Great customer service and products!

My daughters and i bought many items of the 'Blue Ocean ' large platters, bowls and plates as wedding presents for one of my daughters. The crockery is absolutely stunning and the bride was delighted with her gifts. We were a little disappointed to find that, due to the crockery being Individually hand finished, there were a couple of noticeable imperfections in the glazing of a few pieces. Josh in Customer Service was fantastic and assisted promptly in getting everything resolved to our satisfaction. Credits for refunds were received into the bank within days of posting. Really great service and a beautiful product.

Ordered a couple of things and it was my own mistake that I did not see the note about the timeframe of delivery. However, as soon as I emailed, Josh was extremely helpful, descriptive and responsive to my queries and I felt reassured that my items were on their way.

This is not a criticism of the company at all, more so a wish - but I do wish that more of their stock was more readily available in their UK warehouse (Hopefully a goal for the future)! The longer time frames are a slight deterrent for more regular purchases, but I know I will buy from them again, because their products are just stunning :)

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to do so for The Trouvailles. My order was coming from overseas and the customer service representative, Josh, couldn't have been more helpful. Such brilliant communication, and I'm so pleased with my order. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

First class customer service given by Josh who dealt with my damaged goods literally in a matter of a day!
