Course delivered with professionalism.

Course delivered with professionalism.
cameras no substitute for police patrols.
Police catch those that break the law and educate at the roadside where appropriate. cameras don't catch those with no licence tax or insurance so my misdemeanor gets me 100 quid lighter and 3 hours of my life I won't get back.
interesting to see all attendees were middle-aged. took eye if the ball for seconds. bam.... course .
course was good and taken like a man.
instructor was knowledgeable and made the course almost a joy. educated yes.
worth doing yes.

Succint, concise and well worth taking the time to do!

This course was delivered in a very friendly and concise way- I was out at my ease straightaway and didn't feel at all condescended to in its delivery.

Really appreciated the chance to have open discussions around speed awareness and the risks speeding poses and have finished the course feeling better equipped with techniques to reduce the risk of speeding and with a renewed determination to not do it again! Would definitely recommend. Jim from Bradford was wonderful at putting us at our ease and delivering the course in an understandable and accessible way.

Although attending for a speed…

Although attending for a speed awareness course and the initial thought was pretty negative I soon changed my mind as the course was very informative, made me aware of things I hadn't considered and was well structured. Julian our tutor was great and supported us with great feedback, information and interactivity throughout the course.

Road Safety Awareness Course - REFRESHERS NEEDED

The trainer delivered the training at a good pace, repeating anything if asked to. He was clear and had what appeared to be a nice disposition, making it easier to listen to him.

Regarding the course content, I said it and meant it this needs to be a compulsory after 5 years of driving after passing test initially and then I would say 3 yearly refreshers that if we have to pay to do it, is worth every penny because it could save our loved ones.

Complacency at the wheel is so easy to fall into and emotions and time constraints can cause us to drive in ways that would NOT evidence if we were brutally honest SAFE driving at all. I said the fees for the Refreshers need to be low as thousands will be taking them ongoing and not extortionate as the government seems to be very happy in extracting money from us anyway they can not realising, we do have ourselves and family members to care for.

So, to the government less is more is a saying for a reason. Consider this: An optional roll out at low fees and then if two optional opportunities are missed by drivers which would be known, a compulsory higher fee course is sent and their penalty for paying that higher fee is because they did not do any of the two previous courses.

It’s a brilliant course, I definitely recommend you do it. I refreshed on so much road safety information and understanding of the reasons behind why I should not be complacent ever as a driver.

May we all make better choices and drive safely on our roads. Too many people die at the hands of reckless drivers. Here was I thinking the 20 mile per hour changes were just to get more money from us. How wrong was I.
