After attending the course online and prior to this hearing derogatory comments about these courses I was very pleasantly surprised as to the content and quality of it. It is meant to make you think and reevaluate your style of driving and in my case it certainly has, although I was not a constant speeder by any means I am now considering what is around the next corner rather than bluntly going on and hitting the brakes when needed.

Tim and Steve the trainers were interesting , informative and not boring!
I learned from them useful things to improve my driving which will benefit me and other road users 😀

In as much as I wish I was not part of the course, I would like to say how grateful I'm because it added more to my knowledge to road awareness and updated information which would help prevent me from finding myself in same or similar offence.

Our tutors was helpful, understanding and highly impactive. She was friendly and she ensured that we all got the knowledge passed..

I recently completed the Traffic Speed lesson with TTC Group online and found it to be very informative and engaging. The instructor explained the importance of speed awareness clearly, using real-life examples that highlighted the risks associated with inappropriate speed.
The course content was well structured, easy to follow, and encouraged active participation throughout. I particularly appreciated the practical advice on identifying hazards, adjusting speed to road and weather conditions, and improving overall driving safety.
The trainer was knowledgeable, professional, and created a positive learning environment where participants felt comfortable contributing to discussions. The session has increased my awareness of safe driving practices and given me useful techniques to apply on the road.
Overall, I would highly recommend TTC Group’s Traffic Speed course to anyone looking to improve their driving skills, enhance road safety awareness, and become a more responsible driver.

The two Emma's were excellent at running the course, keeping our interest engaged, and facilitating contributions from the group. If I must keep doing these speed awareness courses then hope I get the same instructors next time (that was a joke ...but seriously it is not difficult for your attention to wander and the next thing you know you have a letter in the post). "See it. Say it and Check it' is probably the only thing that is going to work for me.

A very informative experience. I attended on zoom which worked well. The trainer was excellent, very understanding especially as he had personal experience of the process.

I learned a lot. Now I know what consequences speed can bring.

Colleen was a very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional course leader who explained things very clearly, in a friendly manner.

Julian delivered the training incredibly well, in a calm, knowledgeable way with no condescension or disapproval to any questions or statements put to him during the course. It was very informative, delivered at a good pace keeping everyone engaged. I believe everyone on the course learnt from it.

I’m glad I got flashed is what I said to the coach who gave us the 3 hour course lol only because there was things I did not know and the best was the coach himself he was just amazing he made us feel good got us involved explained very clearly loved the coach and the course

Course leader was difficult to understand, seemed to rush through the course and insensitive to people with sensory difficulties. Sound quality for their talk was really poor - and that is never an issue on my device. Even when I raised this with them they dismissed it (sound was working fine for all other videos they showed during the session, just poor quality for their bit). Seemed very task-focused and kept making comments and mumbling jokes to themselves which was really distracting. The course itself is really helpful to remind yourself of dangers of speeding etc. But those were 3 painful hours of inaudible and ineffective "teaching" which I won't get back. Trainer even ended the session saying they didn't get paid enough for the course compared to others (we each paid £90 for someone mumbling and zooming through a script!) I hope this can be constructive feedback for them to improve their practice, because it is clear the trainer really enjoys their career.

The course experience was very good. This was very much a learning experience and entirely non-judgemental - I learnt a lot from the instructor and my own and others' questions. My criticism would concern the pre-course material as to the site access. The actual process was simple - a site link and access codes but it was confused with Zoom material. A redesign of the form concentrating on the essentials would prevent unnecessary anxiety!

I felt quite anxious on the lead up to the start of the course not knowing quite what to expect, however I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when the course began. The tutor explained the agenda very clearly and before I knew it we were already halfway through. The course was very informative and I learnt things that were not covered in as much detail 43 years ago when I passed my driving test. I'm so grateful to have been offered a Speed Awareness Course as it wasn’t an option the first time I was caught speeding. The course was very clearly presented and really engaging, thank you!

Attended TTC speed awareness course online via Zoom. It was easy enough to do although I struggled to get my smart phone on landscape view but I managed eventually. Sue the trainer was lovely. She put me at ease as I was anxious about the technology side of things. It was an informative session lasting around 3hrs. It was informal and we all participated in one form another. Id highly recommend the course with this company and Sue was most helpful.

Very clear inclusive presentations, thought provoking, and good personal action plan to come away with.
