I'm a first time hot tub buyer and received great advice on my initial enquiry which allowed me to make an informed decision as to which was the right tub for me - thank you Ed Lui. Delivery and installation was excellent with further advice provided at that time re ongoing maintenance etc. I bought a Red Spa Tub and am delighted with it. The fact they are a local company close to where I live is also a real bonus.

Great service even with all the Covid 19 delays they always kept me up to date with what was happening. I now have my swim spa and I was amazed at how great they were with delivering these products as they are very big can't praise them enough great bunch guys great service and look forward to seeing them for my servicing every year thanks again guys great

Great service, really friendly staff and very helpful. There was a bit of a delay on the arrival on the hot tub, but we were kept updating us almost every week on the progress.
Definitely will recommend them, if you are looking for a new or used hot tub.

Richard Smith and Team are what is needed in a local supplier: Fair pricing, honest endeavour and commitment. It was hard for them to get deliveries during COVID with interdependencies between factories a real issue. But we had our tub installed by Al and the other Richard a couple of weeks ago and we are delighted!
