The UFC was founded back in 2003 to be a place where anyone can come a have a great workout. As a multifunctional fitness centre we provide a variety of services like PERSONAL TRAINING, 8 WEEKS TRANSFORMATION PROGRAME, SUN BED, BODY COMPOSITION ANALISIS and FITNESS CLASSES (over 35 fitness classes a week including SPINNING, HIITSTEP, PUMP, FITNESS YOGA, MAT PILATES, CIRCUITS, KETTLEBELL, POWERWAVE, LBT, CORE CONDITIONING & BOXING/PAD FITNESS. The classes are tailored for all level of fitness, beginners, intermediate and advance fitness fanatics. We also have a SENIOR CIRCUITS and GENTLE EXERCISE classes for the better age group. We provide a variety of equipment in the main gym (please check our website for a virtual tour), ladies only studio, a multifunctional studio where we held our fitness classes and if not in use you are welcome to use it, spinning studio (air con and 14 bikes) changing rooms with lockers and shower facilities, supplement shop a massive car park for your convenience. Best gym in Bourne
Have been a member here multiple times, fantastic gym, well equipped and unbelievable staff. Very friendly which really helps if like me you find new gyms intimidating. Only left due to moving away.

I’ve been a member since they opened way back in 2003 and it is by far the friendliest gym I’ve ever been to. Great selection of equipment and classes, I can’t recommend this place enough! 💪🏻
