I’ve had a really solid experience with Upside so far. The platform is smooth, the rules are clear, and everything feels fair and well-structured compared to some other prop firms out there.
A big shoutout to Tom as well — he’s been genuinely helpful throughout my journey, always taking the time to answer questions and offer guidance when I needed it. That kind of support makes a real difference when you’re working toward passing.
Overall, a reliable firm with great support behind it. Definitely a positive experience.

The fact that the co-founder of this firm is always engaging with traders is great form me. With all that's been happening in the economic world he sends updates and does podcasts where we discuss issues. I am a privileged beneficiary of such a wealth of information and i always know every day i get email updates of what's going on. The top brass of most props are quiet we rarely here from them but with upside it's different. Imagine purchasing an account then you get resources and help to work on that account amazing really.

Been with them for about a year now, and their customer support team and their management team are one of the best I’ve ever seen. Super fast payouts too and clear rules

I’m a reasonably experienced trader in options, but not FX and wanted to ‘give it a go’. Having found my FX trading edge, the next step was to find a ‘decent and trustworthy’ prop trading firm to build a successful trading relationship with.

Given the reputation of the prop trading industry, and the high failure rate of them, I researched firms for months, asking them Qs by email, chat bots and their live helpdesk chat rooms (sadly, many didn’t have the courtesy of responding). However, I persisted and recently found The Upside Funding… it’s been a whirlwind experience, but so far, it’s 10 ⭐from me. 🤩

Here’s a summary of my thoughts on The Upside Funding thus far:
• They’ve been transparent about how they operate, and how they differentiate themselves.
• Their trading rules are clear, as are the evaluations and fully funded processes.
• Payouts percentages, rules and timing are clear – between 75-90%.
• Customer services is responsive – and fast.
• Three of the five founders actually work in the business, and James, one of the founders is available to funded traders as he’s head of trader management.
• The founders are all very experienced banking experts from leading international banks, so they know how to run a trading business
• It’s founded by Australians and New Zealanders, and that feels a little more safe for me than some prop firms – probably because I am a Kiwi living in London.
• They are truly wanting their traders to pass the evaluations, get funded and start making great real money.
• They say they will pay $1K if they are late in making a payment. A good extra ‘touch’ if they’re late.
• They appear to want to promote more women trading the markets - that is music to my ears!!
• There is an opportunity to become a remote trader for TUF, being coached and mentored by them, and then potentially earning big money from trading.

It’s early days in my FX trading with a prop firm, but for me it’s … so far, so good! I feel safe in this space with them, and given the relationship I have built with James and others on the team via email and WhatsApp, I am confident I will do well trading FX with them, and they will support me to be even more financially successful. Afterall, in achieving that, we all win!!

My first time with TUF, support has been great i get replies in less than a day despite the assumed difference in time zone. The rules are amazing compared to most other fx firms out there. Hoping to get my first TUF payout soon!

Hi 2025 was very stressfull and financial crisis year for me there is no hope and continuesly i am try all giveaway in instagram on OCT i got won on one 10k giveaway on TUF from that day i worked to complete p1 & p2 and wait what dec31 i requested my payout on TUF within 24hrs i got on 1.1.26 this is the very good and better start of the year the UPSIDE got me they pay me on newyear and also their tighten spreads so clean to work with them that payout changed my perspective on UPSIDE 🥹 thank u upside and again on today i have requested my 2nd payout 🫡🫡
