I am a parkour athlete from Indiana and am always looking for comfortable clothing that can handle the beatings my discipline brings. I’m very excited to put these shorts to the test. As of right now, from looks alone, I can tell these shorts are it. Heavy duty, but lightweight; these are giving “handmade with love” for all the nerds who love to move.

Purchased the Venom hoodie and Dragon Ball hoodie and everything was perfect. Not sure how people can say they're a scam. It's a small business so it takes time but they are def legit.

Useless "customer service". They just copy and paste their previous reply to me without even addressing my concerns. I've been waiting 3 months for a pair of shorts. No updates, no shipping info, no confirmation that they have processed the order only that it has been received. Truly very bad. Please dont run a business with overseas shipping if you dont know how to.

Scammers. Ordered in may and got the runaround after a few months and no shipping notification it’s been 6 months and they are saying they cannot refund me. Awful business if you can even call them that.

I got my shorts and I love them! They were better than I expected. Took a little long but overall my experience was great! They also fit perfectly definitely ordering more

I'm reviewing a lot of other comments made on this Trustpilot page and don't understand how you can call Urban Sports Culture "scammers"?

Yes - the delivery does take some time but every time I contacted the team, they responded with updates. Just because an item takes time to be manufactured doesn't mean that the "Urban Sports Culture" team have run off and are unreachable.

I, for one, am EXTREMELY pleased with the quality and design of my Dragon Ball hoodie. I will be ordering from their website again. Have patience and trust that it will reach you.

This company is not legit. Please believe the negative reviews that they will not ship or fulfill your order. I placed an order in February 2024 and I still (as of 12/12/2024) have NOT received it. I’ve reached out several times and I’ve either been ignored or told to wait. I commented all over their Instagram months ago and they deleted the comments. Someone emailed me shortly after and said my order wasn’t fulfilled, but that it would be fixed and shipped. That was in May and 7 months later, STILL NO SHORTS! Do not waste your time or money. I’m looking into other means to expose this company and have their website and socials shut down.

Charged and paid immediately.
It is now December, Still nothing.

I have reached out to them and they say "it's about right, shipping soon."So Very disappointed 😞. My daughter recommended this site for Spider-Man shorts she wanted for her Birthday.

I have NOTHING positive to say about this "company". After 45+ days of nothing but the run around and wasting $226 I am over it!! All they do is give you endless excuses, "wait longer" "you will love your items when they arrive", and when you question them at all, the tone gets very different!
Be warned, they will not refund your money, will become defensive when you question if they are legit and regardless of how LONG it has been they will consistently say that they are still within the time-frame even though their site states differently. The catch-all is that they put times may take longer to cover the fact that your order never ships! And they will NEVER reach out, you ALWAYS have to reach out! So proceed with caution ⚠️!

Do NOT trust this company. What a mistake ordering from them. I ordered three pairs of shorts in JANUARY. It is now November. And I haven't so much as received tracking information.

Their support has given me the total runaround. If you call them out on social media they will either ridicule you and then delete your comment, or just delete your comments totally. Super shady, don't want any of the victims of their scam to inform others to hopefully save their money.

Their comments and shares are a bunch of people who "have received" their items but look around online, I'm not the only one in this boat. These are either bots or friends of the business owner trying to make it seem legit and gaslight those who have been scammed.

This company is an absolute scam. Save your money.

Delivery did take a long time but worth the wait!! The shorts are quality.

I had previously onefit and was very happy about it. Now they changed it to urban sports. This app is terrible. I had to update my payment card now 4 times and it keeps disappearing from the app. Due to this my account was just suspended. In the meanwhile a lot of the classes from one fit are nowhere to be found, even tho the studios say that they will continue their contracts with them and the check-in doesn't work. Because of this i have to pay extra for no-show even thogh i was there. I complained it to costumer center 2 weeks ago and had no reply from them yet. Avoid

So i ordered a pair of shorts from them. I regretably put the wrong address by 1 number and contacted them instantly. They responded and said they would look into it. An invoice was put in for the wrong address regardless and shipped. I was able to track the package up until we got hit in FL by milton. after that it was booked as "failed delivery" and sent back. went back and forth to get info on this. Last email was 10/19 sent by them letting me know they would look into it. Radio silence since. No shorts, and down 45$ as they didnt re-imburse me the cost of the shorts (obviously not worried about the cost of shipment it was my mistake) I attempted to try to reach out again today 11/10 so hopefully i get something but for now 1 star review when i rather put 0 stars.

I’ve ordered a couple times from this company. May take a bit longer to come in but it’s worth it everytime. Quality for the price is great.

I have ordered a bunch of times from them and will continue to do so! They have an amazing community behind them, great support, and their overall products are amazing! I love this company, not just for the products but the people behind this small company. While orders can take a while to get shipped, they always come through with a great product. Along with that, they are open about what they are doing to make this better to avoid it next time.

The Urban Sports Culture was so amazingly great with customer service and product shipping.

The best anime shorts on the market right now and they are always dropping new and better gear. Can’t wait to get my next pair here soon.
