Excellent service from the Vacuum Wizard for the repair of my Dyson Airwrap that was constantly cutting out. So much better than Dyson's customer service who were appalling and wanted to charge £99 for the repair compared to £60 with the Vacuum Wizard. Would thoroughly recommend avoiding Dyson for any repair and use the Vacuum Wizard

Trigger issues with Dyson v11 on and off continuously been fully restored thanks very much took about 4 days would definitely use again without hesitation

Found this company online ,My wife Dyson hair dryer had a wiring fault and Dyson help was nowhere to be found, Spoke to a young man called James who could not have been any more helpful, I sent the hairdryer away to him as as discussed online he called back to confirm the problem and price which I paid over the phone, The product was then delivered back as good as new and postage and packaging were included in the quotation, everything was done and dusted in 7 days, Excellent service, I would not hesitate to recommend them .

Friendly and efficient service, repaired my Dyson on the same day, as I had travelled over from South Wales. Another fault was found so they telephoned to see if I would like that fixed too. Very happy with the service given, thank you Vacuum Wizard!

Great price and service from Vacuum Wizard. I ordered 2 Dyson replacement filters (pattern parts) which arrived within 2 days as promised. Well packaged and VERY competitively priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Vacuum Wizard for Vacuum parts.

I contacted the Vacuum Wizard about a new battery for my Dyson at the weekend and James arranged for one to be sent to me by next working day delivery. As I'm in Scotland he went out of his way to ensure I received the item as soon as possible, and my Dyson was duly restored to good health by Tuesday lunchtime. A packet of sweets was enclosed too, a generous touch which was much appreciated. I don't write many reviews but I have to commend the exemplary service received from this company, James and his colleagues clearly care for their customers in a very genuine and personal way that goes well beyond the norm. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Vacuum Wizard.

Needed some new filters for my Dyson. Have used this company many times now. They offer a prompt and fantastic service. Really quick delivery of the items that I ordered. Would highly recommend. Very competitive prices as well. Also like the small bag of sweeties you get when they send your items. Lovely!!

Wow… fantastic service!! Sent the hairdryer in for a new cable and filter housing. Think the early Dyson Hairdryers are generically weak on the cable side, which naturally, Dyson do not care about when they try to charge you £170 to replace it…

So glad I found these guys… half the price and using factory components! Have a brand new 5yr old hairdryer again!

My hand held v7 Dyson has been playing up for ages. Rang Dyson but they weren’t able to rectify it. The Vacuum Wizard sorted it straight away and their prices are great too. They do all vacuums so I will be bringing my mums in soon as that is also playing up. The Vacuum Wizard is great, would highly recommend

My Dyson hairdryer needed a new cable and dyson weren’t interested. Vacuum wizard said they can do it. Amazing service , I posted it to them on Wednesday back to me Saturday morning!!! Can’t fault it will recommend to anyone!

A very professional and more importantly trust worthy company. When we experienced a problem with the Dyson battery after 10 months, Vacuum Wizard answered phone immediately, asked us to send battery for testing. Ordered a replacement cyclone assembly for our 'old' Dyson. Arrived next day. Competitively priced and saved us the cost of a new vacuum!

Had some difficulty fitting the new cyclone and wondered if we'd received the wrong part. But after a couple of helpful conversations it turned out that a broken piece was still lodged. Once removed the new part fitted as expected. 😁 We would use vacuum wizard again.
