The Van About Town Reviews

Paul moved my son back to Ipswich from London on time and at a very reasonable price. From booking his services to delivery of my son's possessions nothing was to much trouble. A fantastic and trustworthy business who I would highly recommend. I will certainly use his services in the future.

Paul delivered a sofa I'd bought and disposed of the one it was replacing.
Prompt service, very courteous and efficient, as well as 100% Covid regulation compliant.
Will definitely be using again!

Five stars for this company. They were professional, helpful and cheerful. During Covid, they just got on with it. We thoroughly recommend them.

Paul and Adam made four house moving trips from Ipswich to Swindon as we were moving house over the duration of a month. We had a lot of heavy and awkward stuff accumulated over the years. Paul's advice and willingness to transport whatever Adam would carry to the back of the van was tremendous. Everything arrived safe and sound and their good humour made the days much less stressful (for us anyway) than they might have been. I would totally recommend The Van About Town for any transportation needs you might have. Thanks once again, Paul and Adam.

Paul and his colleague are extremely professional and friendly. This was the second time I have used their company and I would recommend them 100%.

Paul and the team were great! They are really lovely and helped moved everything quickly and carefully. I would 100% recommend.

Paul did a great job, was very helpful and ensured that my furniture was handled with great care. I would recommend.

Very reliable, prompt and efficient removal service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Polite and friendly, took care to pack my items safely in the van, good communications, fair pricing. Would definitely use again if needed.

We found Paul to provide a superb service. Very professional in everything he did, careful handling of the furniture and protecting carpets, etc. as he carried out the move. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Morning
Paul picked up a piece of furniture for ourselves, it was here earlier than expected and I asked Paul if he would mind taking a pine dressing table upstairs for me and said no problem it was an efficient and quality service and would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to others

We could not recommend Paul (and Adam!) highly enough. Outstanding service from start to finish - polite, punctual, careful and friendly. We would definitely use Paul again have already recommended him to some.

Paul was fantastic. Swift in dealing with my quote request. Arrived on time, van loaded swiftly. Van clean and carpeted. Furniture secured thoughtfully. Van arrived at the destination on time, furniture unloaded swiftly and placed where requested in our home. Faultless, I could not recommend more highly.

There was a slight delay but they did keep me in the loop, which was great. Would easily recommend and would definitely use these guys again.

I cannot thank the guys enough. I can certainly recommend them to anyone , turned up on time, and hey had to carry very heavy solid oak furniture. All packed very well. Can’t fault them . Thanks !
