so i am another victim, i ordered on 25/08/25 and still have not received my order, i now wish i had looked on here first, such an appealing well thought out website, tried contacting them via email, phone , and the message service they provide, looked them up on companies house and only started in july this year, absolutely fuming that i did not research before buying
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

UPDATE ; i reported him to my bank and received a refund from them, i paid by credit card as there was not an option for paypal, DO NOT pay direct from your bank

I placed an order 25/08/25. States on website items would be delivered 2-5 working days. Nothing! I’ve emailed and have had replies but the same message each time “issue with delivery”. It is now 10/09/25 and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve stated that if I don’t receive items by end of this week I will be seeking a refund. Let’s wait and see what happens next…….

Order from this company on 20th August. Items ment to arrive within 2-4 working days. A week later I was told delivery would be the following week due to delivery issues. Email for delivery confirmation but no reply. Now been reported to the bank as fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered vapes on 20th august not received anything yet, tried all different ways of connecting them and no response saved your money and definitely shop elsewhere

Scammers!! Take your money and don’t send orders!! No response from emails or phone. Case is now with the fraud squad to deal with.

Utter scam.
Avoid like the plague. Took my money didn’t receive my order. Back and forth with emails accomplished nothing.
Had to get a refund from my bank

This is a Manchester UK based company I'm reviewing so don't know if they are the same or if they've taken the name

I’ve placed an order on 20th of July. I didn’t receive the order. I’ve tried to call or send a text message. The phone nr. It’s disconnected. I’ve send an email, I’ve tried to contact them via chat . No one answered.

Have been with the vape mall for years haven't got a bad situation or ever a bad order yet. All products are very nice, the flavors are excellent, and customer service is excellent. Shipping is very fast and service is very reliable. I found them about 5 years ago and have stayed with them.

I have been using the Vape Mall in excess of 2 years and until my most recent order, I have always been extremely satisfied. My most recent shipment had some hiccups; however, I contacted the Vape Mall and they got everything back in order. I enjoy the juice I have received. They are priced well and dependable with deliveries. They are and will remain, my only Vape source.

I received my order fast I paid for normal shipping estimated up to five days and I ordered mine sometime Tuesday night,I received my order Friday morning so 3 days later and it had a complementary Pen. I am happy with this company and I will use them for my future orders of flavorless base.Thank you, The Vape Mall!

i have ordered from this company for 2 yrs.something changed last 2 orders the vape juice tasted like sewer water .emailed them asking if they got a new mixoligist and explained my issue after 3 weeks they pretty much said tough

There web site is not working. Usually order a lot of vape supplies from them. Guess I will have to look elsewhere for them.

Do not go here for your vaping needs. I wasn't tasting my juice because I was vaping the same flavor for so long they told me to vape a new flavor and suggested I vape something citrus, I already had a small bottle of pink lemonade at home that I got from the vape Mall previously so I got a bigger bottle of pink lemonade from the vape Mall. I used up the small bottle I already had, then I switched to the new bottle, within 5 minutes my pod crumbled , so I tried another pod and the same thing happened. I called the store and they told me there were signs posted all over the store, I never saw any. So why didn't the person tell me that could happen.?? She refused to replace my crumbled up pods. Plus I could never use this juice anymore. I spent over $25 that day and nothing worked right.
I went to Twin Vapors in Troy, by far the best vape store I've ever been in I had a lady and a young guy who helped me, they gave me 2 pods, and 2 coils for free, simply amazing!! I also bought a bottle of Lemon drop the lady guaranteed my pod would not break and if it did she would replace new pods for me. It has not broke all day and the lemon drop tastes amazing. Their juice is already made and in a box. At the vape Mall they make up their own juice. Who knows what they put in it.???. The manager is very mean and rude!! If you try twin vaper in Troy you will not be disappointed. Their juice is the best. I don't trust what vape Mall is putting in their juice, if it can break through plastic and crumble all over the place then I would rather not vape it. I give 0 stars. Twin vapors in Troy has a huge selection of everything, awesome juice, device's. You have to check it out you will never go back anywhere else, especially the vape Mall.

HiThe Vapemall has quality eliquid. I loved being able to create my custom products. But a few months ago I paid for priority 3-5 day shipping and it came nearly 3 weeks later. So while waiting for it I dispute my charges and got my money back because I thought they forgot to send my ejuice. But then after I did receive it 3 weeks later. When I went to make my next order they cancelled it!! I called Vapemall and spoke to Tina and she said I can’t order from them no more!! She denied my business. It hurt my feelings because it was all a misunderstanding. I paid for priority shipping to get the product within 3-5 days and it took 3 weeks!!. So I don’t recommend business with them although the eliquid is great and a quality product, Tina, the owner of the company was very nasty and rude and it hurt that she declined me to buy from her ever again.
So now I have been going elsewhere to get my eliquid that in my opinion isn’t as good as Vapemall!!
