Today’s visit
Love this shop friendly and very helpful. They are all very familiar not only with new range of mods etc. But are very skilled with years of experience always able to help and to cater to each individual’s needs and likes and dislikes. I have always left the shop with the knowledge that. If it’s not working for you try this come back we will sort it out for you. I haven’t actually received my order…
I haven’t actually received my order yet, but, I placed it this morning and unfortunately the website managed to sell me something which they haven’t got in stock! Rhys (I hope that’s how he spells it) phoned me and explained, expressed his apologise which wasn’t needed at all! Usually I’m a creature of habit and prefer to use my certain stores so can always be a bit daunting using a new store. With the customer service already from these guys I’ll definitely be back. I used to work in retail and know how much customer service is of importance these guys have it. Here’s to my new monthly shop! Also the cavepoints which I’m not yet sure on how to use but that’ll come with time. Cheers guys
